I have a door that was not able to be replaced by precision, but the tech was so kind and honest about my best options, cost evaluations and expectations. I would 100% recommend them and use them in the future.

I couldn't be happier with the service I received. The technician took one look at the problem and immediately knew what was wrong. His experience and expertise were obvious from the start. He repaired two garage doors during an emergency call in just one hour, and everything is working perfectly now. He was not only incredibly efficient but also so kind, professional, and easy to talk to. It's rare to find someone who combines skill with such great customer service. I truly appreciate the quick response and outstanding work, and I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing garage door repairs.

Ron arrived at the scheduled time and diagnosed the problem— a faulty keypad on our garage door —within a minute of his arrival. The repair was reasonably priced and completed quickly. Ron was warm, friendly, and knowledgeable. Ron diagnosed and fixed the problem with a sensor on the door that was original to the house (years ago) within minutes. When we eventually needed a new door, we called him. This guy knows everything about garage doors! We will call Precision for all of our garage door needs.

I ordered the service on our 2 garage opening remotes 2 days ago, and wasn’t quite sure if they will show up on Sunday.. However, they not only came exactly on time, but fixed the problem and explained how to prevent it in future. Ron was easy to deal with. I would highly recommend the company to order the service.

Sadmir and his partner Brennan were very pleasant to work with. They compiled a detailed parts list of what was needed to fix my garage door and reviewed it with me thoroughly. The repair itself was completed in much less time than I expected and on completion asked me if I had any questions about the bill or the repair itself. I recommend Precision without any reservation.

I bumped into the right side door over 2 years ago with a previous car. The door failed this past January (2025). Nick came out to look and agreed with us that replacement was the best route to take. We built the house in 1996, so the doors were the originals. Nick stated that repairing would be difficult due to the scarcity of the replacement parts. He showed us our options including installing windows. The old doors had none. He helped us pick a color that would go best with the surrounding color. The new doors came in on time (February) and he did get them in despite the bitter cold conditions. He also fortified the door openers to help extend their life until we could get those replaced. He suggested replacing those in about 6 months. He was a professional the whole way through. Sean came out in August to look at our 29 year old garage door openers because we wanted to replace them too. Same reason as for the doors, scarcity of parts. He also went through all of the options with us. His installation of the openers was as professional as Nick's was with the doors. We asked both Nick and Sean to save the scrap metal and motors for us so that we could turn them in for scrap. Nick even cut up the long door channels so that they would fit in our car. It was certainly a good experience working with both Nick and Sean. We will definitely recommend Precision Garage Door.

I called on Saturday to get a garage door opener repair thinking they would come on Monday. But Ron came on Sunday earlier than scheduled. The weekend service call was no extra. We needed a new opener and he installed it in an hour. Ron is the owner and he was very pleasant and took time to go through the operations of it. We are very happy with the service!

I had on ongoing problem with my door which two previous service people (one, sorry to say, from Precision, and one from another company) had failed to fix. Sean was great! He listened carefully to my description of the problem, figured out what could be causing it, and had it fixed in less than fifteen minutes.

We had our garage door repaired yesterday by Sadmir Hamzic. He did a wonderful job! He was able to come earlier than the scheduled time which we were very happy about. His knowledge and efficiency was excellent. We will call in the near future to have him up-grade our “ancient” opener system!
