Review:

Ronnie was outstanding when it came to customer satisfaction. Coming from a services organization myself, I have a good idea what to look for. First, he did not try to sell me anything I did not need. Second, he was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the issue and what he needed to do to fix it. Third, he had everything required to fix the door on the first visit. I would not hesitate to contact Precision again or recommend them to others.

I chose Precision because of the immediate response time. I only had to wait less than two(2) hours from the time I called, to when the technician arrived (all the way out in Caledonia).Fred, the technician was personable, professional, and informative. And to top that off, the service was very affordable. If I have any issues with my garage door again, I will not hesitate to call Precision again. Thank You Gary L. Nicholls
