The left torsion spring broke on my garage door on a Saturday night. I did some research on the internet and noticed that Precision Door had excellent reviews from their customers so I called them on Monday morning and scheduled service for Tuesday afternoon. I was pleasantly surprised when Precision Door Technician Felix Coriano informed me he would be fixing my door the very same day! In addition to fixing my springs, I had him replace all the rollers as well. Now my door works perfectly, is super quiet, and good to go for the next 20 years! So glad I called Precision Door instead of doing it myself.

Ron Kull was extremely professional in helping us decide on how best to fix our garage doors. We were very concerned about the appearance of new doors, the quality, workmanship of instllation, and price. We have a very difficult site where the garage is beneath our living room. There is not much headroom to work with and we need a quiet operation. We have talked with several garage door companies over the years, but no one gave us much hope on how to improve them. After several visits Ron determined that the best solution would be to repair and repaint the existing doors. They would maintain the rustic look of the house with cedar shakes and stone, but work like new. The doors open better than they have in 20 years. They look better. They are so much quieter. We are totally satisfied with the work and value we received. As a self employed businessman I was especially impressed with Ron Kull's professionalism and his desire to do what is best for his customer. I recommend his service for anyone looking for honest advice and quality work at a competitive price.
