Our garage door spring had broken on a Sunday morning so 24/7 repair service was very important to us. We checked out the yellow pages and online and called Precision. Mark was prompt, courteous, friendly. He explained our options and what he recommended. He answered our questions and cleaned up as he worked. We would definitely recommend Precision for garage door repairs!

Ron reviewed problems with original door. Explained potential hazard with old door. He suggested we consider the series 2000 panel door. The next visit Mark removed all original hardware and doors. Josh installed the new door and trim. This team knows garage doors! They are Friendly, neat and great clean up as the job was completed. We Strongly recommend this company.

The springs had broken on my garage door. The door was as old as the house. I talked to Mark about price to fix and price of a new door. I went with the new door. Mark did not pressure me and was willing to go with what ever I wanted. He showed up on time and had the new door installed in just a few hours. Looks great and Mark was terrific. We chose a company that was local and nearby. We felt that if we had a problem, we wanted to be able to deal with the provider face to face. After we went to the showroom and talked with the salesman, we felt very comfortable dealing with Precision Door. Also, the representative that came to the house to measure the doors was prompt and polite and knowledgeable. Our doors were installed without any problems and we are very pleased with them.

The technician (Felix) arrived promptly at 8am on a Saturday. My garage door had never required repair since it was installed in 1965. It's a 16 ft wide overhead wood door. After trying several times to adjust the springs above the door they were replaced. The door hardware was lubricated (including the automatic opener). The door now operates as it did when new. Great job Felix.

I reached out to the folks at Precision Door via email when my old garage door opener was acting up. Within a matter of a couple hours, I was provided with all the options for selecting a new opener and an appointment was scheduled for the next morning. Ron arrived on time, was friendly and professional. We discussed the opener options and he was candid about not selling me a model that I didn't need. Everything was installed and operating within an hour. Ron took time to explain all aspects of the operations of the new opener and he even programmed the auto opener in my car for me. I highly recommend these folks for any garage door needs. I actually need a new door this summer and will be contacting Precision Door for the replacement.
