Called for same day service. My old garage door came off the track, and was hung up half open. Technician arrived within a few hours, helped me get my car outdoors, and the old garage door closed. New door installation was scheduled two days later, installed quickly and efficiently, in some very cold weather. I'm very satisfied.

I chose Precision by chance (Google search). I was very impressed with how quickly I was able to get an appointment. And, even more impressed with the quality of the service call & the very reasonable pricing! Work done: I just purchased a new home & the garage door opener was installed incorrectly by the previous owners, so the remotes did not work & the garage door would only work by holding down the button the entire time. I was unable to park in my garage. The Precision technician fixed the problem & showed me how to prevent it from happening again. I would definitely recommend them!

They were on time and very professional. Felix replaced the drive gear in our garage door opener and offered to tune up the door tracks so that it now opens and closes smoothly and quietly. Would highly recommend and will call again if needed for service or door replacement.

I was stranded outside the house on a Sunday afternoon due to a non-functioning garage door! I called Precision not even knowing if anyone would be available on a Sunday. Luckily there was! Service person arrived and quickly assessed the problem and soon had it repaied. Service person was very knowledgeable and personable!

I had Precision repair both my doors and install a new opener, When I got home the work was done and everything was cleaned up. I took a look at everything and boy was I impressed!!!! all the ball joints and chains and pulleys were clean and greased.

Mark called ahead to let me know he was running late. He spent 3-1/2 hours removing our old door and installing our new door. He also took away our old door so we didn't have to deal with disposal. He was very friendly and personable and pointed out some things I needed to know to get the most out of our door. He even replaced the trim around the outside of the door, which was a nice surprise as I wasn't expecting that. If I had to nitpick, my only suggestion would be to instruct your installers to change into clean gloves before installing the plastic window overlay, because otherwise the glass gets smudged with grease from their dirty gloves. That will necessitate my taking off the overlays to clean the glass and then reinstalling the overlays, which isn't a big deal (and would probably be good practice for me anyway), but it would just be one less thing for me to have to deal with.

Precision Door was highly recommended on Angie's List. My garage door was behaving in a strange manner, and my though was to have it replaced until I read about the tune-up special. That seemed to be the best alternative, the technicians arrived early, performed their magic, and everything works beautifully! I also had a new opener installed, not that I needed it, but wanted to bring my house up to code. Besides, the old one was 22 years old. I was so pleased with their work, that I inquired which garage doors they sell and will focus one those brands when I'm ready.

I was very happy with the service and price. My garage door was not working very well intermittently (especially when it was colder than 20 degrees) in a house I recently purchased. Ron said we really needed a new opener. He had it installed in about an hour and I love it. It runs great (even at 5 below zero)and is super quiet. Ron was very nice and quite knowledgeable about garage doors. I would definitely recommend him. Came on time and did a great job.
