Garage door and opener replaced 5/23/24 by Sadmir Hamzic. Technician arrived at the appointed time and completed the installation in a timely manner with no issues encountered. Our new garage door and opener work flawlessly - we're extremely pleased with everything. Sadmir explained the operation of the opener and instructed us about the routine maintenance (door hinge and bearing lubrication, etc.) that we should perform to keep the door running smoothly. We are extremely pleased with our choice to deal with Precision Door Service and would recommend them to anyone needing their services.

Ron was very professional and personable. We were not able to find a permanent fix, however he was able to find a work around for the time being. I will need a new garage door but he did not pressure me into a sale and went over my options and allowed me to make my own decision. I appreciate his help and honesty. This is an easy five star review and will be purchasing a new garage door when ready.

We just had a new garage door installed. Excellent experience from start to finish! Oustanding communication and customer service. Ron, the owner, even came over himself to install mounting brackets on our garage door opener at no extra cost. Their garage door prices are the best in town. Highly recommend!

As always Precision was amazing. I called on Monday they were here on Tuesday just as they promised. Felix was our technician. We were glad it was Felix as his work in the past has been stellar. 100% satisfied! Had to replace the springs and he made it look easy. EXCELLENT WORK! BTW…loved the text messages and background info, nice touch. The only downside is Felix is a Giants fan ????. Thanks Felix & Precision!!! Well done.

The only good thing is they gave me a new remote to open existing garage opener. The man that came, Ron, was the owner. He was grouchy, rude, and condescending. Worst customer service I have ever encountered. For a minor fix as well. Never calling them again.

Precision was very helpful in getting my garage door fixed. Felix showed up when he said he would, and had both springs replaced within 45 minutes. He even took the time to lubricate all the hinges as well as the new springs. Great service!

As usual, Precision's service was excellent. We had same day service and the technician did a full service check and discovered we had a defective unit so replaced the parts and we were in business in no time at no charge since it was under warranty. Can't recommend this business enough. All of our interactions have been professional with excellent and friendly customer service. Thanks so much!
