Thank you Precision for your excellent service on Father’s Day! Ron came out at 8 AM Sunday morning with no additional fee considering it was Father’s Day. He quickly diagnosed the sensor issue, replaced the sensors, did some light maintenance and was on his way within 15 minutes. Very glad I chose Precision to install my garage opener 5 + years ago because their follow-up service was amazing. Highly recommend!

The technician sent me a text prior to his arrival, so I knew who’d be coming to my door. When he arrived, he inspected the garage door opener (which was ancient and had broken) as well as the door’s mechanical system, which needed work. He was able to fix the door as well as install a new door opener on the spot, at a fair price. Excellent service, would recommend!

I called last night at 4:30. They offered to come out at night, but I waited until morning. Their tech showed up ahead of time and explained what new parts were needed to rebuild and upgrade my thirty year old system. Precision did an excellent job replacing our old garage door opener. They arrived on time, Sean was very personable and got right to work with his assistant, and they made a reasonable recommendation and then completed the work promptly and thoroughly. They gave me a very thorough walkthrough of the new system once the work was complete. I would definitely bring them in again, but suspect I won't need to any time soon, given their good work today!

Our door opener was purchased from Precision. 2 weeks ago our door would start to close, then quickly reopened. I lubricated the wheel and rails then it worked. Last week after several attempts it again would not close and could not adjust it, so we called for service. Ron arrived and in several attempts the door closed every time with no problem.
