Precision did an excellent job replacing our old garage door opener. They arrived on time, Sean was very personable and got right to work with his assistant, and they made a reasonable recommendation and then completed the work promptly and thoroughly. They gave me a very thorough walkthrough of the new system once the work was complete. I would definitely bring them in again, but suspect I won't need to any time soon, given their good work today!

Our door opener was purchased from Precision. 2 weeks ago our door would start to close, then quickly reopened. I lubricated the wheel and rails then it worked. I was originally told that the earliest appointment available would be the next day after 5:00. I was completely surprised when Phil called and said he had completed everything he needed for the day and was able to come over right away. He came in and did an assessment of the problems and gave me a quote to get my door working. He also showed me some areas of concern. I approved the basic work and plan on him coming back to do the maintenance still needed. Phil did a great job communicating everything that needed repair.
