Ron reviewed problems with original door. Explained potential hazard with old door. He suggested we consider the series 2000 panel door. The next visit Mark removed all original hardware and doors. The springs had broken on my garage door. The door was as old as the house. I talked to Mark about price to fix and price of a new door. I went with the new door. Mark did not pressure me and was willing to go with what ever I wanted. He showed up on time and had the new door installed in just a few hours. Looks great and Mark was terrific. We chose a company that was local and nearby. We felt that if we had a problem, we wanted to be able to deal with the provider face to face. After we went to the showroom and talked with the salesman, we felt very comfortable dealing with Precision Door. Also, the representative that came to the house to measure the doors was prompt and polite and knowledgeable. Our doors were installed without any problems and we are very pleased with them.

The technician (Felix) arrived promptly at 8am on a Saturday. My garage door had never required repair since it was installed in 1965. It's a 16 ft wide overhead wood door. After trying several times to adjust the springs above the door they were replaced. The door hardware was lubricated (including the automatic opener). The door now operates as it did when new. Great job Felix.

I reached out to the folks at Precision Door via email when my old garage door opener was acting up. Within a matter of a couple hours, I was provided with all the options for selecting a new opener and an appointment was scheduled for the next morning. Ron arrived on time, was friendly and professional. We discussed the opener options and he was candid about not selling me a model that I didn't need. Everything was installed and operating within an hour. Ron took time to explain all aspects of the operations of the new opener and he even programmed the auto opener in my car for me. I highly recommend these folks for any garage door needs. I actually need a new door this summer and will be contacting Precision Door for the replacement.

I was amazed that you were able to come out to my home the same day I called and it was on the weekend. I had a very old Craftsman opener that was malfunctioning. I originally called to have this opener and the door adjusted. Felix was very patient by explaining all my options, both in repairing the existing opener and the cost of a new one. I elected to go with a new opener, but never felt pressured by Felix to do so. Felix is an asset to your company. He explained what he was doing every step of the way and seemed to truly enjoy his work. Felix even programmed the factory installed opener I have in my car. I know the value of the opener he installed as I had done my research and had considered doing it myself. But his expertise was worth far more to me than the aggravation I would have incurred and, I could have never adjusted the spring safely or installed the braided cables on the sides, which was the original cause of the malfunction. Lastly, I was floored when Felix told me he had been with your company only about one year. Felix seems far more experienced than that. I would give him a hefty raise in pay! (No, I'm not a relative). Thanks to you, but mostly to Felix. Because of Felix I would hire you again and would refer my friends to your company.

Prompt, knowledgeable, very good service experience. Had called a competitor at approximately 7:30 A.M. and went directly into voice mail. I was in the market to replace my screw drive garage door opener that was continually failing in the colder weather. Your web site was very informative and helpful in explaining the 3 opener model options and explained why the screw drive was really not the best choice for this climate. Your pricing for the 3280 1/2 HP Belt Drive unit with installation was very affordable, and Josh Arena was very professional with the service he provided.
