As always Precision was amazing. I called on Monday they were here on Tuesday just as they promised. Felix was our technician. We were glad it was Felix as his work in the past has been stellar. 100% satisfied! Had to replace the springs and he made it look easy. EXCELLENT WORK! BTW…loved the text messages and background info, nice touch. The only downside is Felix is a Giants fan ????. Thanks Felix & Precision!!! Well done.

The only good thing is they gave me a new remote to open existing garage opener. The man that came, Ron, was the owner. He was grouchy, rude, and condescending. Worst customer service I have ever encountered. For a minor fix as well. Never calling them again.

Precision was very helpful in getting my garage door fixed. Felix showed up when he said he would, and had both springs replaced within 45 minutes. He even took the time to lubricate all the hinges as well as the new springs. Great service!

Phil was the initial service person, that was sent on an emergency visit. Precision installed my door 2 yrs, ago and in my opinion the door should not have needed to be repaired, so soon. However, Phil was knowledgeable, thorough in his assessment and reassured me that this would be resolved. He enabled the door to be raised, so that I could move my car out. All in all, he was great! Next day, Chris the manager came out as promised, to complete the repair. He stood behind the Precision's reputation to do what it took to make the customer happy, in a situation, where I was annoyed that this issue happened. Both servicemen provided excellent customer service.
