Called at 8:45 and Drew arrived less than 2hrs later. We discussed options on repairing the broken spring and worn bearings. His honesty was truly refreshing. As for the actual repair, not only was it completed promptly, but it was very apparent Drew takes great pride in his work. We chatted a bit and I found him to be exceptionally amicable, professional, and a truly interesting person to talk with. I would not hesitate to request Drew service our garage door and would readily recommend him to anyone. Drew Stewart installed a replacement garage door opener today. He was extremely prompt, efficient and very pleasant. He made sure that I operated the new equipment and was very helpful since I am in my late 80's. I would highly recommend him and the service was definitely five star.

On the sixth snowiest day of all time in this county, Precision got to our house for a busted spring on the garage. When the tech arrived, he got a call from the office saying they were going to close for the day due to weather, and, they should have closed, it was terrible out there. The technician stayed and fixed the garage before leaving. He is our HERO

Serviceman showed up early which was no problem; he completed the installation of the new rollers in a timely manner. He also installed a key to use in the event that the garage door power failed. The key and wire disconnects the cable from the motor so that you manually raise the door.

My garage door spring decided to snap about 530pm. I called Precision and they were closed, but said they would have the on-call person out between 7 and 9pm and that the repairman would call on the way. Dave did an outstanding job with the garage door installation. With it recently being painted, the door started sticking, thereby loosing its smooth operation. I called to have it checked, and a technician arrived shortly after I called. The sticking was caused by the paint still drying a month after is was applied. His suggestion of applying Vaseline between the doors (sparingly) resolved the issue.
