This is the second time I have used your company for a garage door issue. I have been extremely pleased with the integrity and work one by each technician (I have had Dave and Drew). They give an honest assessment and advice. The work is done well and in a timely manner. They,also, have been early to the appointment both times after calling ahead. I would certainly use them again and recommend them in a heartbeat.

It took a little time for the garage doors to arrive from the manufacturer but it was well worth the wait. The actual installation went as smooth as silk. Dave and Fred arrived on time and went to work immediately. They were installing two single garage doors after they had removed the old wooden doors. They asked us questions whenever there was an option available and completed the installation on time and to our complete satisfaction. They cleaned up after themselves as if it were their own home.

Ron met me at my daughter's home to review options for a new garage door. He was extremely helpful, competent, and professional. He explained our options, made recommendations, and provided a very fair and comparable price for the service. Before deciding which garage door company to choose, I got estimates from all of them. There wasn't a big difference in prices but there was a huge difference in way of doing business. Precision was the winner by far. Now that the job is finished, I know I made the right choice.

The large main spring broke on our garage door holding one of our vehicles "hostage". We called Precision first thing the next morning and they scheduled us for a repair that same day. Felix and Dave were the technicians that came to fix the spring. They did a great job, were friendly and very personable. We would definitely call Precision again and highly recommend them.

Precision Door removed and old garage door and installed a beautiful insulated "woodgrain color" door and opener 3 years ago and recently came out for a maintenance check up. They are an excellent company to work with- on-time, efficient, friendly, cost competitive, and knowledgeable. Would not hesitate to use them on any garage door project , or recommend them to any of my friends and neighbors.

Called at 8:45 and Drew arrived less than 2hrs later. We discussed options on repairing the broken spring and worn bearings. His honesty was truly refreshing. As for the actual repair, not only was it completed promptly, but it was very apparent Drew takes great pride in his work. We chatted a bit and I found him to be exceptionally amicable, professional, and a truly interesting person to talk with. I would not hesitate to request Drew service our garage door and would readily recommend him to anyone. His work ethic, honestly, and pride in his work are a rare, wonderful combination to experience these days.

Drew Stewart installed a replacement garage door opener today. He was extremely prompt, efficient and very pleasant. He made sure that I operated the new equipment and was very helpful since I am in my late 80's. I would highly recommend him and the service was definitely five star.

On the sixth snowiest day of all time in this county, Precision got to our house for a busted spring on the garage. When the tech arrived, he got a call from the office saying they were going to close for the day due to weather, and, they should have closed, it was terrible out there. The technician stayed and fixed the garage before leaving. He is our HERO

I had an emergency garage door issue...and Ron was at my house within an hour of my call. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in explaining why I needed to replace the door and opener. Serviceman showed up early which was no problem; he completed the installation of the new rollers in a timely manner. He also installed a key to use in the event that the garage door power failed. The key and wire disconnects the cable from the motor so that you manually raise the door.
