Our garage door spring broke, I checked the websites of a few places and liked the practical approach of precision, and the customer reviews. They came the same day I called, Ron was great, was direct about what was broke, how they could fix it and what it would cost. He offered me two paths, one to replace only the spring, the other to replace the spring and the rollers. Based on his advice I chose to add the new rollers, the doors now work better than ever, fixed same day, for the price he quoted. Great work, thank you!

Drew came out to my house yesterday to fix a broken spring on my garage door. After looking at the door, he explained that while the spring was broken, replacing the springs would not fix the actual problem which was a cracked door panel. Drew created an estimate on what was needed to be done to fix the problem, explained the process and pricing, and even told me to shop around if I wanted. He was confident that the pricing and services offered by Precision would not be beat. I greatly appreciate Drew being thorough and upfront. Many businesses would have you pay for the repair today, and the total replacement later. We plan to schedule our door replacement with Precision in the next few weeks.

It took a little time for the garage doors to arrive from the manufacturer but it was well worth the wait. The actual installation went as smooth as silk. Dave and Fred arrived on time and went to work immediately. They were installing two single garage doors after they had removed the old wooden doors. They asked us questions whenever there was an option available and completed the installation on time and to our complete satisfaction. They cleaned up after themselves as if it were their own home.

The large main spring broke on our garage door holding one of our vehicles "hostage". We called Precision first thing the next morning and they scheduled us for a repair that same day. Felix and Dave were the technicians that came to fix the spring. They did a great job, were friendly and very personable. We would definitely call Precision again and highly recommend them.

Precision Door removed and old garage door and installed a beautiful insulated "woodgrain color" door and opener 3 years ago and recently came out for a maintenance check up.
