Technician Zikret Osmic (“Z”) serviced my garage door. He was very polite, explained my service and replacement options thoroughly and didn’t try to push any unnecessary replacements on me. The job was done thoroughly and quickly. I highly recommend him.

A torsion/tension spring broke locking me out of the garage. Precision Door has a great online chat feature on their website. Super friendly and helpful customer service (Theresa)helped set me up with an appointment. Chris came out to fix things up 2 days later. Great communication ahead of the job. Chris replaced the springs and rollers. Also provided me with info on future needs. Chris was friendly, courteous and does the job quick. Thank you for a job well done.
