My only concern is the online scheduling. When I called to verify the rep said there is nothing showing that I scheduled an appointment. I told her I have the confirmation showing my schedule date and time. Then she was going to schedule me out a week because my Tim was gone. So I was forced to do an emergency call which would have cost me additional $125. I was able to get the call earlier since there was a cancellation. Ron was great and quick. Job well done. Next time I will call for appointment and stay away with the online.

Ron called to let me know he was coming on his way, with about 15 minutes notice. He was courteous, friendly, professional and carefully listened as I described the issue. He quickly diagnosed the issue and repaired it within minutes. Additionally he lubricated both garage door openers to be sure they were in good working order. The cost was less than I expected it to be. Excellent business. I highly recommend!

My door cable broke on Sunday, I called Precision Door Service and reached a nice woman who scheduled my service for a 7:00pm to 9:00pm slot. Ron called me and said he could get to me sooner at 3:30pm if I was available. I said of course. Ron repaired my door quickly and I'm thankful for the service.

Called precision because my torsion spring had broken. Since its a $60 fee just to come to the house, I let them know exactly what needed to be replaced and the size spring it needed to make the trip worth the fee. The technician told my wife that putting in a new spring was a “bandaid fix” and tried to sell us a new garage door for $3000. Door is old. Doesn’t need to be replaced though. I gave specific instructions on what I wanted and they still tried to upsell my wife. Terrible. Will never do business with them.

Called 6:30AM today for a broken spring on our 4 year old garage door. Scheduled an emergency appointment for 7PM over the phone, but Ron was able to come over 11AM and replace the spring. These guys are fantastic... from the time they pick up the phone to the time they pull out of your driveway. Felix was the tech assigned to my house. He explained everything thoroughly and gave me a couple of cost options. Springs, cables and pulleys all replaced at a price I thought was very fair. Thanks guys!
