I thought the online scheduling was great, and I received a reminder the day before my appointment as well. Sean was great! Did a small fix of one of my doors and tuned everything up. He was ahead of schedule, so that was a bonus as well. I really appreciate the text beforehand where you get a picture and bio of the technician who is coming. Nice touch!

The best. I will use Precision again and recommend them without hesitation. Felix Coriano was skilled, professional, friendly, patient. He did an excellent job of removing two old doors that had not functioned for many years. He installed new doors, new hardware and removed all the old remnants from the old and packaging from the new. I used Precision because the other two overhead door companies I contacted were incredibly expensive or the people I spoke with were abrasive and rude. It was a pleasure to speak with Felix before the job and I couldn't be more pleased with the finished work.

I called them for garage door service. They agreed on $65 service cost and $60 for the garage door wire. Garage door wire cost $10-15 bucks in Home Depot only. And then there were other parts which cost 3-5 bucks in home depot they charge five times for the part. End up fixing garage door for approx $200 dollar which could be repaired from less than $100 if I have chosen other places. If you ask for the service from this place I would recommend make sure you buy your own stuff from home depot or Lowe’s.

We tried opening the garage door one evening and found it would not open due to a broken spring. We call Precision and they sent a technician within a half hour. Although we had to pay an "emergency" service fee to get the quick response, the peace of mind of having the repair done was worth the extra cost. The technician did an excellent job doing the repair and checked the whole system (other spring, rollers, opener, etc.) to ensure proper operation.

The cables on my garage door had rotted off and needed replacement. Mark S. came out promptly and was more than professional. He explained everything to me and didn't try and over sell the repair or over complicate anything. He wore a mask the whole time as well which I appreciated! Would highly recommend this company.

I just wanted to say how amazing Dave Ackley was when he came out to service my garage door. I appreciate his honesty & knowledge letting me know my door is in great shape for an older home. He told me I could wait on replacement. Considering I just had to replace roof. He even showed me how to keep rollers he replaced lubricated to keep door in shape. He said reach out anytime if you have further questions. Being a newer home owner. I value him not trying to sell me something I don’t need which I know some might do. Ron did me the favor of fitting my repair job in at the end of his day rather than scheduling a tech to come after hours. He fixed my garage door within minutes so that it would go down and up plus he gave me the estimate for replacement of the bottom section which does not need to be done immediately. He remembers installing my door 6 years ago, so we had a very sociable chat about our dogs, too. It is a pleasure to do business with someone who treats his customers so politely.

The service call was a waste of time. My original phone call for service indicated that a new rubber bottom would be installed The clerk on the phone was useless. She should have asked about our dooor so as to not waste time. I kept this morning open to be here for nothing We have chosen a local vendor to repair our door.
