We tried opening the garage door one evening and found it would not open due to a broken spring. We call Precision and they sent a technician within a half hour. Although we had to pay an "emergency" service fee to get the quick response, the peace of mind of having the repair done was worth the extra cost. The technician did an excellent job doing the repair and checked the whole system (other spring, rollers, opener, etc.) to ensure proper operation.

The cables on my garage door had rotted off and needed replacement. Mark S. came out promptly and was more than professional. He explained everything to me and didn't try and over sell the repair or over complicate anything. He wore a mask the whole time as well which I appreciated! Would highly recommend this company.

I just wanted to say how amazing Dave Ackley was when he came out to service my garage door. I appreciate his honesty & knowledge letting me know my door is in great shape for an older home. He told me I could wait on replacement. Considering I just had to replace roof. He even showed me how to keep rollers he replaced lubricated to keep door in shape. He said reach out anytime if you have further questions. Being a newer home owner. I value him not trying to sell me something I don’t need which I know some might do. I highly recommend Precision to anyone looking for an honest, reputable company. Thank you again :-)

I was very pleased with my outcome. I found the technician to be very personable and extremely efficient. He pinpointed the problem in less than a minute and fixed the door in less than 5 minutes. He also did a complete inspection of the door and lubricated all the moving parts.

Ron did me the favor of fitting my repair job in at the end of his day rather than scheduling a tech to come after hours. He fixed my garage door within minutes so that it would go down and up plus he gave me the estimate for replacement of the bottom section which does not need to be done immediately. He remembers installing my door 6 years ago, so we had a very sociable chat about our dogs, too. It is a pleasure to do business with someone who treats his customers so politely.

The service call was a waste of time. My original phone call for service indicated that a new rubber bottom would be installed The clerk on the phone was useless. She should have asked about our dooor so as to not waste time. I kept this morning open to be here for nothing We have chosen a local vendor to repair our door. One of my ancient garage door springs (65 years old?) finally broke. Mark was prompt and friendly, quickly assessed the situation, and provided me with options and quotes.
