I was having significant issues with my old garage door; I was not sure what needed to be done. I had Mark S. from Precision out to take a look. In no time he had the problem diagnosed, I needed a whole new opener. He stayed past 6pm to ensure everything was installed and running properly. The new system he installed is much quieter and runs very smooth. I would highly recommend Mark and Precision Garage Door.

Yes, I ran into my own garage door! I only wish I could have blamed someone else. However, it only got better from that point on. I called Precision and Ron came out the next morning. What a pro! He helped me choose the right door at a great price, and arranged to have it installed two days later. Dave arrived right on time and was finished in a flash. He cleaned up all the old door parts, the boxes, everything. Precision recycles and that's very important to me. Most of all, l LOVE my new garage door. It's better than I imagined. Thanks Precision. After doing some on-line research, I decided to go with Precision for my new garage door opener. Their Chamberlain openers are great and much quieter than my old machine. Precision's pricing is competitive and their service was top notch. They showed up right on time and did a great job on the installation.

We had an issue with our opener and it just wasn't reliable. It was a chain drive that made lots of noise in addition to refusing to work at the most inopportune moments. Ron gave me a quote on a new belt drive unit and when we had finally had it with our old opener I called to have it replaced. They offered to do it the next day, on a Sunday! The installation was done quickly, professionally, and our new opener is nearly silent in comparison to the old unit.

Precision was the firm I purchased the opener from, so I turned to you for repairs. As always the responsiveness and service from Precision was 5- Star. It was a nice touch getting a heads-up e-mail including the name and photo of the technician who would arrive later in the day. Felix called to see if I minded him arriving a little early....of course not! This is the 2nd time due to freeze and thaw that my door jumped the track....last time the (anonymous) technician said since I was the cheeriest person he had dealt with that day, the quick fix was no-charge. Thank-you to your team!

I needed an adjustment to my garage door. It would either go all the way back up or after my adjustment go part of the way up. I called Precision after checking reviews online. I made the right decision as Mark Sherman responded to my house ahead of schedule. He was very professional and informative. He had it adjusted and lubed the spring and rollers before I could get out of my truck. I would not hesitate to call again.
