One of my ancient garage door springs (65 years old?) finally broke. Mark was prompt and friendly, quickly assessed the situation, and provided me with options and quotes. I needed an adjustment to my garage door. It would either go all the way back up or after my adjustment go part of the way up. I called Precision after checking reviews online. I made the right decision as Mark Sherman responded to my house ahead of schedule. He was very professional and informative. I was having significant issues with my old garage door; I was not sure what needed to be done. I had Mark S. from Precision out to take a look. In no time he had the problem diagnosed, I needed a whole new opener. He stayed past 6pm to ensure everything was installed and running properly. The new system he installed is much quieter and runs very smooth. I would highly recommend Mark and Precision Garage Door.
