Called Sunday night... Someone answered. Said that a tech would be out Monday before noon... The tech came within a few minutes had the garage door opener repaired and working smoothly. It was 6:30 PM and we needed our broken garage door spring fixed immediately; we were going out of town early the next morning. I checked in the yellow pages and saw the 24 hr. service advertised by Precision Overhead Garage Door. They answered their phone promptly and said someone would be there within 2 hours. Ron arrived in less than 30 minutes and was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He explained our options and fixed our door quickly and efficiently--the entire experience was awesome. And by the way, it was about 5 degrees and snowy at the time of this service call.

When returning home in the evening and discovering that my garage door would not open, I searched for service immediately. I was shocked when I spoke with the operator at Precision at 8:45pm, as she alerted me that a tech would arrive between 9:00 and 11:00 that night! Ronnie clearly explained the issues with my door, provided various options, and replaced the spring, rollers, bearings, etc. that same evening. I would recommend Precision to anybody that needs garage door repairs/replacements.
