It was 6:30 PM and we needed our broken garage door spring fixed immediately; we were going out of town early the next morning. I checked in the yellow pages and saw the 24 hr. service advertised by Precision Overhead Garage Door. They answered their phone promptly and said someone would be there within 2 hours. Ron arrived in less than 30 minutes and was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He explained our options and fixed our door quickly and efficiently--the entire experience was awesome. And by the way, it was about 5 degrees and snowy at the time of this service call.

Hi! I was very happy with the whole visit. Fred was knowledgeable, polite, answered all my questions, finished on time and cleaned up as he had explained to me at the beginning of his visit. The reason I called you again was that a few months ago, when I needed a garage repair, the person who visited was the owner himself! I found it very cool! When returning home in the evening and discovering that my garage door would not open, I searched for service immediately. I was shocked when I spoke with the operator at Precision at 8:45pm, as she alerted me that a tech would arrive between 9:00 and 11:00 that night! Ronnie clearly explained the issues with my door, provided various options, and replaced the spring, rollers, bearings, etc. that same evening. I would recommend Precision to anybody that needs garage door repairs/replacements.

Precision performed garage door repair on a same-day basis and the service was excellent. I didn't know anything about garage doors, and the technician explained in great detail how my garage door works and how to remedy simple issues with it. Moreover, the charge for same-day service was significantly lower than other companies quoted.

The response to our request for service was prompt The technician called to confirm the time before he arrived. The technician was courteous and knowledgeable and he advised us of potential issues that had not been told to us service people.
