The technician was extremely quick and efficient. Set up two garage door openers with exactly the features I wanted without trying to up-sell me. From start to finish, he took maybe an hour and a half to remove two broken openers and replace them with new ones along with new keypad and sensors, including the time it took him to go pick up the new parts! He walked me through the setup and care of the openers and doors.

Phil Mormon the service technician was on time, polite, knowledgeable, thorough and honest in his evaluation of our broken garage door mechanics. He gave me three options for the repair and was helpful in explaining each repair approach and didn’t pressure me towards one or the other but advised me on the long/or short term repair fixes.

Chris and his co-worker were courteous and very professional. Before they began working on the Opener, they answered all our questions regarding type of Opener, pricing and benefits of each unit. We were able to make an informed decision on what Opener we preferred and what unit best suited our needs. Thank you to Chris and his co-worker, we would not use any other company for our Garage Door Service.

I have used Precision Door Service to replace my aged garage door and service it when the cables need to be replaced. They come when they say they will, call if they can be early or are running a bit behind (having saved another customer). All the repair men have been very polite and explain what is amiss and the solution. I highly recommend them!
