I was very impressed that the technician did not try to sell me anything that wasn't needed. He was able to fix my opener without needing any new parts, and only charged me the pre quoted $50. I will definitely use them again.

Their customer service is unbelievably great. I initially requested for an emergency service because one spring of garage door was broken and, unfortunately, the door could not be opened manually. I thought the repair would not be done until evening. To my surprise, they contacted me in the early afternoon when one of the technicians was available. The technician showed up within one hour and fixed the problem in 30 minutes. Guess what? The surcharge of the emergency service was waived. I will surely recommend my friends to choose Precision for the garage door service.
