Great Service, came earlier to the appointment than scheduled and the Tech Dave Ackley was outstanding. He gave me what i needed and the options to upgrade if I wanted. Service tech called first and was early for the appointment. Job was done efficiently and completely. Thought it was a little pricey but I have no frame of reference. Onverall a great experience.

Door failed to close. Great service. Called Friday night and repair tech arrived next morning at 8:15. He adjusted the electric eyes, greased the hinges, explained everything and was on his way in 30 minutes.m 5 star rating!

I simply cannot believe the service that was provided - especially for the cost. Felix was incredible. I have a historic home with historic garage doors (solid wood, leaded glass, etc.). One of the doors was not opening right. Felix worked, adjusted, and toiled with that door for literally FIVE HOURS+ until it opened and closed correctly. He was DETERMINED to make it perfect. I could not believe how hard he worked or how committed he was to the job. Truly EXCELLENT in every way. On top of that, he did not charge me anything extra for the many unplanned hours! He even had to make a second day visit. He started the second day with "OK, I have been thinking about this all night and I have a plan..." Exceptional service. I am a customer for life - particularly of Felix's! Wow. I am now looking for any other improvements I can make to the doors - just to get Felix back again.

He fixed my broken cable quickly and at a fair price. Very personable, had a great sense of humor and was amazing with my disabled daughter. When the cable on our 50 yr. old garage door slipped off the drum and was frayed, I checked the internet for garage door installers, I was very impressed with Precision's website--a lot of good information including a bio & picture of all the technicians. And certainly many outstanding reviews from other customers. As soon as our technician Mark Sherman arrived at our home I knew I had chosen the right company. Mark is friendly, professional and explained the problem with our garage door and the options available; an expensive repair for an old door or a nice new door. A new door was the only way to go. Six days later Mark installed a beautiful new door. I'm amazed that in a few hours Mark could remove an old heavy door and install a new one! Thank you Precision! Thank you Mark!

Dave Ackley was my technician. Fast and reasonable price. It's an old, heavy wooden door with a lot gone wrong - broken pulley, rollers, safety cable, and we weren't sure it could be fixed (old parts no longer available). It's running well - better than before.

Hey, we were in tough straits. At 7:30 am we heard a very loud thump in our garage. It was the main spring on the OH garage door -- that sprung!! NO way could we open the door. Cars trapped inside. Had appointments to get to. Got "Precision" on the phone -- said they would be there ASAP -- good to their word, Ron from Precision Overhead Garage Door Service arrived at 9:45 am and by 10:30 am we were on our way to our appointments . . . !! THANK YOU, Ron . . . !!!
