After an inspection, Ron suggested a quick fix that I could try myself in the short term yet eventually the older door would need replacement that could wait until spring. I’ve used Precision Door Service several times for various issues with my garage doors, primarily broken springs which can be dangerous to work on if you don’t know what you are doing. My most recent service call resulted in my 18 year old opener needing replacement because of a failed circuit board. Felix from Precision arrived at the exact time the agent on chat said he would, and BTW the service call was placed entirely on chat while I tended to a business call, in less than 10 minutes nonetheless. Felix diagnosed the issue and offered options, including replacement with a WiFi enabled opener which I planned on getting if it ever needed replacement. Felix had the new opener on his truck and replaced it in a little over an hour, and we were back in business albeit with new capabilities like being able to know if our door is open and being able to operate it from anywhere in the world. Precision continues to deliver world class service at competitive pricing and their tech’s like Felix are fantastic to work with.
