My garage door wasn’t working so I booked online at 12pm on a Sunday and Ron showed up at 1pm! He was friendly and explained what was going on with the door opener, and gave us options about what we could do to repair or purchase a new one. He was very knowledgeable and we will definitely call him again next time!

I was very pleased with the service and quick response. The cable broke on the side of my garage door and because of that my garage door wouldn't open. My car was stuck inside. My day was made! Our garage door opener hasn’t been working correctly for a while. We had tried to no avail to fix it ourselves. Decided to call Precision to see if they could fix it. It was determined that it was an unfixable issue with the opener. This did not surprise me. A new opener was installed quickly and professionally. From start to finish with Precision, I was very happy and so glad to have my door opener working again especially in this cold weather! My techs were also great. Very patient with my questions and thorough in explaining all of the functions of the new opener. Highly recommend this company!!

I have worked with Precision door twice and have had a great experience both times. Scheduling was easy, fast and convenient. This time I knew my garage door opener was broken. And the tech (Felix) clearly explained what exactly was wrong and what it would cost to repair or replace. I chose to replace the opener. The tech was efficient and I could see that he really double checked all the fittings on the garage door to ensure that it would be running smoothly and optimally, which is especially important to me in my 1920 built house with heavy old garage doors. He took the time to explain all of the features of the new opener and helped me reset the keypad. Really outstanding. I would heartily recommend this business.

Precision door installed my opener about 5 years ago. They are quick to respond to issues and questions. There was an issue with the original door opener installation that was quickly resolved. I have now decided to add the battery backup (which I would highly recommend). Since my power goes out often, the battery backup will keep me from having to reset the open and closed positions.

Would recommend wholeheartedly! Very quick response time and very efficient! I was presented with all of my options and Ron made sure I understood all the details so that I felt I was not being swayed or misled. I didn't feel overcharged either. I would definitely hire precision garage door service again for all of my garage door needs!
