We had used Precision Garage Door services several years ago. We were very satisfied with the service we received at that time. When we experienced problems once again with our garage door, we automatically called Precision Garage Door . The Technician with whom we dealt, Sean Seelig, was extremely professional. He answered all of our questions about the problem which we had encountered and what he did to fix it, and about how to prevent said problem from recurring! I was having an issue with my garage door opener. Purchased from Precision several years ago along with a new door. Door would not close. Turned out to be a simple sensor misalignment. Ron is a very experienced technician. He figured out what the problem was right away. The problem with the range of my remote is radio signal interference. Great information about all the different things that can affect and interfere with a garage door opener signal.

I can't say enough good things about my experience with this company. Last August, we needed to get the garage door modified to raise higher for a new vehicle. Sean came up with a great solution and fixed a spring problem from another company. We had a issue this week that was quickly and easily fixed under warranty by Zikret who explained the minor issue - possibly caused by a power outage - and clearly explained the issue to me. Everyone from technicians to people who answer the phone has been extremely polite and helpful. I'm very happy to have found this company!

Our service tech Satko handled the replacement of our new door opener with professionalism and replaced the broken springs. My garage door spring broke during the most recent snow storm. Not the best timing. I called and got an appointment for the following evening. I was so grateful to get a call that Ron was able to come earlier than expected. I got a quick quote and he got right to work. He had everything wrapped up in about 30 minutes! It was great to talk to him while he was working and I learned so much. Great service and good old fashioned business ethics. Thank you!!

I purchased a new door from Precision in August 2020. Door tension spring broke on 1/5/2026. Very short life span if you ask me. Technician blamed the short life span on moisture because the track had rust on the bottom. I am not sure if I agree with that. Price was more than they quoted me on the phone and $30 more than another local company. When I mentioned this, he said "why am I here...you should have gone with them". (I should have in hindsight...I went with precision because it was only supposed to cost a little more than the other company and they were the company that initially installed my door). Technician added a baring that was not on the original quote on the phone which made the price higher than expected. He said he would take that off the price which I thought he meant that he would still replace it at no cost.... nope. He just didn't replace it. If it truly needed to be replaced, he should have conveyed that to me, and I would have paid the higher price. I printed out a coupon, but it was not excepted (I didn't realize there was more than one Precision garage company) - He could have easily taken off the $25 coupon from the correct website but I had no way to print it. Due to the short lifespan of the tension spring I think I will look elsewhere.

The original door installation was performed by Precision 10 years ago, so I chose them for the repair. This is a very professional outfit and all prices were discussed prior to the repair. The tech was very professional and the repair was quick. Very happy with the service!
