The torsion springs snapped on my garage door. I called Precision Door because of a recommendation from a friend. They got me an appointment in a couple of days. Ron the owner came out to service my door himself. He was on time and completed the job quickly. Ron explained everything to me very thoroughly. Mark sent a text five minutes before arriving, which was nice, even though he was 40 minutes early. He couldn’t do the weather strip we wanted because of the brand, so he recommended another vendor, and didn’t charge for the estimate. A technician, Dave Ackley, came the same day I called. My remotes were not communicating with the garage door opener. He quickly solved my problem and also did a general maintenance check. The garage door is now moving (and starting and stopping) much more smoothly.
