Mark and his assistant were totally professional while doing a "complete" garage door installation. We selected Precision due to their previous respond times, and quick repairs over the years, to our old garage door. Can not believe how quiet the new one is !!! We would definitely recommend Precision Garage Door.

Precision Door was great from the time of quote all the way to installation. They responded to our quote request immediately, stopped by to look at our garage door and gave us a free quote while on site. We ordered a custom color door and still it was delivered in only 3 weeks. We scheduled delivery upon ordering and they called the day before to confirm the time. I really liked that we received a text with a summary and picture of who our technician was the morning of. And, our technician personally called us when he was 20 minutes away. The door installation was quick, no issues, and our technicians were professional. Great product and service! Highly recommend Precision Door for any garage door or opener needs!

Felix was our technician. He came over and taught us all about our garage doors (my neighbor's too). He explained that what I wanted done would not help the situation. He was 100% correct, I didn't even think about what he told me. The point is, he could have given me a song and dance and charged whatever - and replaced whatever - but he didn't. He was so honest. We were both very appreciative and impressed, it doesn't happen like this too much anymore. So, which company do you think the both of us, actually 3 houses (another neighbor was watching too) will go to when we have any kind of garage door issue? It would be Precision AND I would ask for Felix.

Our contractor recommended Precision for our new garage door install. Mark came and set us up with a new door in no time at all. A few days later there was a problem (not Precision related) with the door staying closed. Mary booked us with an appointment for the next day at noon. Mark called me at 10am and said he'd be at my house in half hour! Again, he came in, diagnosed the problem immediately, corrected it and was on his way in no time. Service, quality, knowledge and speedy execution...all a part of this 5 star rating. Thank you to Ron, Mary, Mark and the Precision team...job well done!
