He couldn’t do the weather strip we wanted because of the brand, so he recommended another vendor, and didn’t charge for the estimate. A technician, Dave Ackley, came the same day I called. My remotes were not communicating with the garage door opener. He quickly solved my problem and also did a general maintenance check. The garage door is now moving (and starting and stopping) much more smoothly.
