My garage door was not opening and closing properly, and it had been installed by Precision several years ago. My first thought was to call them because the motor on the door opener was working just fine. I figured maybe the door had shifted on the tracks. Turns out, it was a very simple fix which involved resetting the limits on the garage door opener which may have possibly been reset by a power surge. The technician was very professional, quickly assessed and fixed the problem, and made sure that it was fixed before calling the job done. He was great about maintaining no contact for social distancing, and explained everything that he was doing on the tablet as he was preparing for my payment. It was truly no touch, which I appreciated.

Called to have my garage door fixed and they got the job done in less then 24 hours. The service was fantastic from setting up the appointment to the service technician. This was a great experience. The service was great and very quick. I had the cables replaced after they broke. The price was good and the work was excellent. The entire process from customer service to Dave the technician was great. I plan on getting a new door soon and I will definitely be looking to have Precision do the job.

Leaving for trip outside of USA and of course garage door fails with less than a week to go,,,Ron came next day for quote, he was sensitive to our needs and amazingly did not try to oversell actually his recommendation saved us over $400 and he schedule install 4 days later,,,Felix arrived on install day to snowy weather but did an excellent job installing new door, removing old equipment and repositioning our electric door opener,,,, professional service and excellent prices,,, thanks to all the Precision Team for a job well done

Service is great but pricing is ridiculous. Why does one need to pay for a service call when getting a new opener installed? I had a new water heater installed this year and service fee was waived when I purchased the heater. Next time around (hopefully not for many years) I’ll look elsewhere.
