I have worked with Precision door twice and have had a great experience both times. Scheduling was easy, fast and convenient. This time I knew my garage door opener was broken. And the tech (Felix) clearly explained what exactly was wrong and what it would cost to repair or replace. I chose to replace the opener. The tech was efficient and I could see that he really double checked all the fittings on the garage door to ensure that it would be running smoothly and optimally, which is especially important to me in my 1920 built house with heavy old garage doors. He took the time to explain all of the features of the new opener and helped me reset the keypad. Really outstanding. I would heartily recommend this business.

Precision door installed my opener about 5 years ago. They are quick to respond to issues and questions. There was an issue with the original door opener installation that was quickly resolved. I have now decided to add the battery backup (which I would highly recommend). Since my power goes out often, the battery backup will keep me from having to reset the open and closed positions.

He kept me informed as he was doing the work; made worthwhile suggestions of some things I would never have thought about; and was very thorough and quick with the work he did. He left information about some possible new garage doors if that becomes a future issue, pointing out that the money to keep repairing this nearly 40 year old door might be better spent on a new one.
