Sean did a great job getting my garage door working properly. Because of the systems age, we may need to replace it. He was very professional and left me with confidence in the company and its ability to properly serve us and keep us going. I was given a quotation if I have a failure of the system in the future and need to replace it. I saw Precision Garage Ad on line, which included references and tried the phone number. The lady who answered the phone was very courteous and did a good job explaining the company and what it does, helpful on pricing, and got me scheduled for service. Sean, the service technician called and asked if coming early would work, he arrived and did a great job getting the door to work and what to look for in the future. I will not hesitate to recommend Precision Garage Door Service in the future.

Ron came out to give me an estimate on a new garage door. He arrived promptly and also let me know when he was on his way. He gave me the estimate and then went to work adjusting the door so I would be able to close it. When I offered to pay him for work done he said it was his good deed for the day. Since Ron is the owner of Precision I think this experience speaks a lot for his company.

The spring on our garage door opener broke over the weekend and we couldn’t be happier with the service received from Precision! They came within a couple days and repaired it so fast. I have used Precision several times in the past and each technician that has come out has been extremely professional and knowledgeable. They have done a tune-up, replaced springs, and fixed an issue with my opener in the past. Ron, the owner, resolved my problem today in a short amount of time, clearly explaining and demonstrating what I could do if the problem arises again. They are my go-to company for garage door and garage door opener repair/ installation.

I was able to get an appointment for our garage door repair for the next day. The technician, Felix was right on time, very professional, and immediately identified the problem. He was able to get the new rollers and installed them very quickly and securely. He then inspected the entire track, making sure it was clean and lubricated properly and told me everything was now Safe and Repaired. The work was completed quickly, safely, and accurately.
