Felix was very friendly on the phone and on the job. The spring on my garage door had broken....Felix came at 7:00 on Sat. night and I was very greatful .....I was able to get my car out of the garage and get to church Sun. am. Late on a Friday evening,the cable on my garage door broke after arriving home. The door was crooked, and would not move up or down. Thus my car was "stuck" in the garage. I called Precision early on Saturday, and a repair tchnician arrived within an hour. Felix was friendly, and very knowledgeable. He was able to fix the door in no time, and even identified some other potential issues with the door. He went the extra mile, and I am most appreciative. I would highly recommend Precision and Felix!

I could not recommend Precision and specifically, Josh Arena, enough! Mr. Arena is friendly, extremely knowledgable and thorough. He made sure to explain in detail what needed to be done, why, and the timeframe needed to accomplish it. His work was superb and he was patient with my elderly grandparents during the entire process..matter of fact, he even went above and beyond his duties by coming out to address a minor subsequent issue that originated on our end (not due to his service) Great job!

We found them in the yellow pages once before and were extremely happy. We wanted to use the same company this time but couldn't remember who it was. I've had Precision do a number of things for our garage door: routine maintenance (twice) and a new opener. This time it was to replace the main spring which had broken on a Saturday afternoon. Mark Sherman was able to come out that evening. He quickly assessed the needs, gave me options (without pressure) and accomplished the work professionally (but with a warm, personal manner). I thought the cost reasonable and the quality of workmanship high. I enthusiastically recommend both Precision and Technician Mark Sherman!!

I first contacted Precision garage people several years ago when I found them on the Iternet in our former home. They did a wonderful job overhauling my garage door mechanics. The technichian was very good and did a great job at a reasonable price. I was so pleased and satisfied I called them again when I moved into our new home. I never felt so comfortable having them back. Another great job with no hassle or worry about being overcharged. I have no problem recommending them to anyone.I wish there was more professionals like these guys!!!

Fantastic Service compared to other repair companies that would state they didn't have the parts on their truck so they could not perform the work in an emergency on off hours. The job Mark did was professional and perfectly done within hours of the weekend call. Everything works better than the original installers of the door. Mark replaced all worn components and rebalanced the entire system. Better than new!

Service was performed on our garage door opener on Saturday, August 18, 2012. Felix did a great job from start to finish. He arrived promptly, and he was polite, friendly, efficient, and helpful. I couldn't believe how fast he fixed the problems (determining why the door opener would not receive a signal and setting up my Prius remote door opener so it would send a signal to the home opener). He also did maintenance on the door, and it is running much more smoothly and quietly now. He got everything done in probably less than a half hour, and the service was done at a very reasonable price. We've used your company before and were very pleased, and we'll use your company the next time we have a problem

I had replaced the battery in my keypad because it didn't work. It still wouldn't work, so I thought I had a bad key pad. After a quick check, Mark suggested trying a second new battery, an LO! it worked.

Technician was great!! He had to push my time back a bit due to a long-running job, but he called me ahead of time to let me know, which I really appreciated. He got to my house EXACTLY when he said he would, which was also a bonus. He finished the job in less than 45 minutes. I would use Precision again without hesitating.
