We waited to contact someone about our garage door as we felt we would need a new one and wanted to be sure we had the finances. When we were given the estimate we were told the door was fine, we only needed a new opener. We were so pleased when we selected them to do the work that they were able to come the next day to install the new opener. What a pleasant experience it was to feel we were getting a great service and so quickly. Thanks so much.

Mark was very knowledgeable about garage door products, and made sure to inform me of all my options before going any further. He was honest about his recommendations, and helped direct me to what would work best for me, rather than what would cost the most - not usually something you come across in sales. My wife and I are very happy with our new opener, and would definitely use your services again.

My car was stuck in the garage with a broken spring on the 17ft wood garage door. Call Precision (at random from their Phone book ad) around 10:30 AM and told them I had to be to work at 3:00 in the afternoon. The service tech. arrived in plenty of time to replace both springs and get me on my way in time. The door is over 40years old and will be calling Precision to put a new door in, in the Fall.

My door broke on a Sunday (of course) the service representative was very courteous & honest with me regarding the status of my garage door. Also made sure I was able to get my car out of the garage so I had no issues. A pleasure to work with

Felix was very friendly on the phone and on the job. The spring on my garage door had broken....Felix came at 7:00 on Sat. night and I was very greatful .....I was able to get my car out of the garage and get to church Sun. am. I thought he was courteous and did a good job. He recommended that I get 2 new springs which made sense to me...if one broke the other will probably go as well. Carol Gardner

Late on a Friday evening, the cable on my garage door broke after arriving home. The door was crooked, and would not move up or down. Thus my car was "stuck" in the garage. I called Precision early on Saturday, and a repair tchnician arrived within an hour. Felix was friendly, and very knowledgeable. He was able to fix the door in no time, and even identified some other potential issues with the door. He went the extra mile, and I am most appreciative. I would highly recommend Precision and Felix!

I could not recommend Precision and specifically, Josh Arena, enough! Mr. Arena is friendly, extremely knowledgable and thorough. He made sure to explain in detail what needed to be done, why, and the timeframe needed to accomplish it. His work was superb and he was patient with my elderly grandparents during the entire process..matter of fact, he even went above and beyond his duties by coming out to address a minor subsequent issue that originated on our end (not due to his service) Great job!

I needed a new door opener, and thought I might even need a new door, the old one being so noisy, shaky and generally unreliable. Mark's recommendations to replace just the parts, along with the new opener, mean that I now have a smooth, quiet, and reliable door, which functions just like a brand new one. Mark was knowledgeable, punctual, efficient, friendly and delightful to work with. I will definitely recommend Precision.

We found them in the yellow pages once before and were extremely happy. We wanted to use the same company this time but couldn't remember who it was. We thought it was Precision and were happy to know it was the same company. Your service, quality & knowledgeable technician(Mark Sherman) is an asset. He was also very friendly, gave advice & answered questions. I also like the way you have the technician call to say they're on their way. The receptionist scheduling was very friendly & I like the way you can schedule within a window of time. We will use you again!

I've had Precision do a number of things for our garage door: routine maintenance (twice) and a new opener. This time it was to replace the main spring which had broken on a Saturday afternoon. Mark Sherman was able to come out that evening. He quickly assessed the needs, gave me options (without pressure) and accomplished the work professionally (but with a warm, personal manner). I thought the cost reasonable and the quality of workmanship high. I enthusiastically recommend both Precision and Technician Mark Sherman!!

Excellent service and I really appreciated his recommendation of replacing old brackets. He took the time to show me the very old and rusty bracket and, I feel, saved me from a future service call.

I first contacted Precision garage people several years ago when I found them on the Iternet in our former home. They did a wonderful job overhauling my garage door mechanics. The technichian was very good and did a great job at a reasonable price. I was so pleased and satisfied I called them again when I moved into our new home. I never felt so comfortable having them back. Another great job with no hassle or worry about being overcharged. I have no problem recommending them to anyone.I wish there was more professionals like these guys!!!

Fantastic Service compared to other repair companies that would state they didn't have the parts on their truck so they could not perform the work in an emergency on off hours. The job Mark did was professional and perfectly done within hours of the weekend call. Everything works better than the original installers of the door. Mark replaced all worn components and rebalanced the entire system. Better than new!
