We bought and had installed a new door from Precision. They were very knowledgeable all the way through the process, from picking out a door to the install and even a few adjustments we wanted made afterward. Price was very competitive and always encountered positive attitudes. We are very picky so for them to have earned five stars from us was not easy. We would recommend them to our family and friends and will use them in the future if the need arises.

We needed our garage door opener repaired or replaced. I had previous experience with Precision and am always impressed with their website. So I called. The tech came out and without high pressure sales tactics informed us our opener could'nt be repaired (because it was so old, it no longer met code). He gave us the options and then proceeded to quickly and expertly install a new opener. He (Mark) was friendly, knowledgeable, thorough and neat and ultimately left us with a quiet and reliable opener that we'll enjoy for a long time.

Plus: weekend appointments, good pricing. We needed two garage doors installed. Ron Kull came and gave us a price quote the same day we called the company. Job was done quickly and properly. Technician was great and professional. Great dog you have at the show room, by the way.:)

Josh went over the top with customer service! He showed up on time at my house, explained my options for repairs, and did not pressure me on my repairs. He was informative, pleasant, and displayed great workmanship. He went above and beyond, and I feel the repair is worth more than I paid. I work in customer service everyday, and feel it's important to commend good work! We've lived in our house for 9yrs, and our door works better now than ever. Thank you Josh!

The service I received was excellent. Josh was great. Very friendly, informative and no pressure on anything I didn't need. He listened to me. He let me come out and watch a few times and was not annoyed by that. We even joked with each other. He cleaned up everything when he was done. I definitely have found the company for my garage door needs and in part it is because of Josh. Thank you.

I was not happy when springs on our door broke - trapped! That was Sunday, but Josh arrived at 7.50am the next day! He was great and even made the door very quiet - very professional and cordial. We're happy again. Thanks.

I am thoroughly pleased with Precision Door's performance. Having to work long distance to get my garage door/opener replaced, I found their online ad informative and easy to use. They had an 800 number I could call and, as advertized, I was able to speak with a real person every time I called. They were quick to go to the site and give me an estimate, and within a couple of days had the new door and opener installed at a time that was convenient to my renter. I highly recommend Precision Door.

We chose Precision because it was highly recommended by a family member. Our original garage door opener was old and on it's way out. Ron came over the same day we called. He was very friendly, informative (laid out the options available), and not pushy to sell. He worked efficiently and had the whole garage door opener replaced within an hour. I will always recommend Precision to anyone who needs garage work! Thanks for your excellent service!

Ron and technician installed our garage door quickly, and did a great job. They were nice and pleasant to have on the job. I would highly recommend Precision Overhead, East Rochester. Mary, who works in the office, was very helpful and answered pertinent questions pertaining to the selection of my garage door. I will highly recommend them to anyone looking for repairs or garage door replacement. Thank you. You're the best.

We chose Precision to replace our garage door and garage door opener for a number of reasons such as the prior service we received when we needed our garage door repaired; the fact evening and weekend appointments were available for the estimate; and you could design the type of door in which you were interested. Ron was very professional and knowledgeable during our estimate appointment. We also liked that he was not a high pressured salesperson. His professionalism was again demonstrated during his installation of our door and subsequent opener which we ended up having replaced. Our neighbor commented he was impressed with how quickly the job was completed. We are very satisfied with our new garage door and opener and would highly recommend Precision to anyone wanting their door replaced.

I can't say enough good things about the Precision Overhead Garage Door Company! My husband and I are extremely pleased with the professionalism and efficiency with which owner, Ron Kull, treated us through the process of replacing our garage door and opener. He patiently and knowledgeably answered all of our questions, assisted our consideration of available options, and completed the installation process carefully and thoroughly. Further, we acknowledge and extend our gratitude to telephone receptionist, Mary, for her assistance and effective communication throughout our experience with the company. We happily recommend the Precision Company to anyone in need of services such as those provided by Ronnie and his crew. Sincerely, Keith and Mary Harrison

I was amazed that I got an appt on a Sunday evening. Then Josh called and was able to come early. He was thorough, friendly, concerned with the safety of the door & went above and beyond all the way. I would recommend Josh & Precision to anyone!
