Very pleasant experience working with Ron "shopping" for a new garage door. Ron spent the most amount of time with me explaining the door options and was timely with the install. Pricing seemed fair too. Would definitely work with Precision again!

I was very impressed with the technician's knowledge and skill working on a very old system. He quickly replaced all of the old hardware, installed a new door opener, and adjusted everything perfectly in about 3 hours. I'll definitely call them in the future for any service.

We are from Watertown, NY and our daughter just purchased her first home. We are very interested in her safety and I went on the internet to check for door openers as it is an older garage. I was very impressed with your presentation and credentials but a little disappointed when I requested to speak with someone who installs to obtain the information I needed as I know nothing about this. The person I spoke with informed me that they could handle this and at that time I mentioned a couple of times that I thought that someone should look at the garage first and I was informed that would not be necessary. So the appointment was set and she advised I should get a particular door opener. We came from Watertown first of all to assist our son who lives in Pittsford with his three children while our daughter in law was away for the week. We received a call from Mary who was extremely professional requesting we change our appointment from Thursday to Saturday due to illness of the installers. We did and we met for our appointment on Saturday 10/23 only to be told by the Technician Jason Wagar that we would have to alter the garage to make it fit the way it should. Needless to say this was a complete inconvenience for us as we had to find a contractor to do the work immediately as we would have to return home the first of the week. Jason was extremely professional and sympathetic to us and we appreciated all his advice concerns and suggestions. He definitely made a bad situation better with his thoughtfulness and caring. We advised him that we would have to complete this on Monday and forget it as we had to return to Watertown and we did not want it done without being there. We were dealing with a lot of money here and didn't want anything less than a first class job done. We can't say enough about the work ethic of Jason you are certainly lucky to have such an employee he certainly would make anyone feel that they wanted to do business with you. You can tell he likes his job and is a complete professional with his demeanor. He made sure that the office knew when we called when the construction was completed that he would do it on Monday so that we could return home with the peace of mind that our daughter was safe and happy with her garage security. Thank you for requesting our comments. I also would like to mention that we are very security oriented and concerned about who does our work.

Your company is customer service oriented. From the time that I received the initial quote to the time that the door was installed, I was extremely pleased with the service. In addition, I wanted to make a change after the door was installed. Not only did they call me back quickly, but they willingly made the change without further prompting. Even after the sale, they were great to work with!

It was a pleasure doing business with a company that does what they say they'll do when they say they'll do it! You will do well to do all you can to hang onto Fred as a technician! He was very knowlegable, pleasant,patient and thorough,during the entire process. I read through the installation manual after he left, & was amazed that he covered each & every step..in order. I will gladly recommend Precision each and every time garage door installation comes up.
