Prompt and courteous service, plus a very good price for the new garage door and opener. Knowledgeable about the products and answered all my questions. Was able to work with an issue of track height and door openings that was beyond a standard install.
Thank you again Mr. Bredekamp!

My garage door broke, it is essential around here that we have it. Appreciated the super fast service, less than 24 hours, called at night and they cane out next morning. Fred Vaccaro was great, he came right out fixed it fast and did an excellent job. Great guy as well. The door is like new now, opens easy and quiet. I will recommend both Fred and the precision to anyone who needs a garage door or service and repair. Chuck

Precision exceeded my expectations. Ron was on time and professional. He explained my options and made his recommendations. Everything was very clearly explained. There was no 'hard sell' he recommended replacing parts rather than buying a new unit. I will be calling him again for any of my garage door needs.
Thank you again Mr. Ruffo!

This is our second experience with Precision Door for repair of an garage door opener. We would not have called for service the 2nd time (3yrs.later) if we were not satisfied from the first. We like that they respond quickly and give you the plain facts on both the door and the opener. We are very pleased with their work and highly recommend Precision Door.
