Zikret, Precision's technician was great. He was very knowlegdeable and professional. After assessing my garage door, he showed me what was wrong. He ended up having to replace the springs, bearings, rollers, and a few other things. Scheduled to have the service from online on Sunday and they came out two days later which I was very pleased about. Highly recommend them.

Just had a service call for a humming motor in the motor unit. Felix, the service technician, diagnosed problem as stripped gears and very old and needs replacing.
