I am very pleased with Precision Door Services. When I called I was told someone would call me between eight and 10 in the morning. I assumed it would be closer to 10. Zikret Osmic called me shortly after eight to tell me he was 17 minutes away. I was pleased that he showed up within 17 minutes. He was very professional and knowledgeable told me what I needed. He then replaced my two cables in short time. I would definitely recommend precision door services to friends and colleagues.

Just had a service call for a humming motor in the motor unit. Felix, the service technician, diagnosed problem as stripped gears and very old and needs replacing. Good diagnosis, bought new Lift Master. Install was very professional, fast and courteous. Love all the new features on the new unit. Highly recommend this company.

I had a problem with my garage on the weekend and was surprised pleasantly that they work on Sundays. The technician came an hour earlier than scheduled and was in communication to let me know. He was very efficient and the work was well done.

They beat our expectation. Our garage door was hung up and we had a 9 PM to 11 PM appointment. Fortunately, they were able to arrive at 4:30. The garage was fixed in half an hour and working well.

Precision installed our door years ago and did a great job. We recently had a cable break on our door's tension spring so I called to schedule someone to come take care of it. They said someone could be to my house between 7 to 9 PM, which was okay. Mark (The technician) called later in the day and let me know that my appointment could be earlier at 4 PM. When he got there we greeted each other wearing masks. After an inspection, he explained what was needed to fix the problem and how much the bill would be. I left him to do the work and he knocked on the door when he was finished about a half hour later. Mark was very professional and explained how I could minimize having this problem in the future. This was fantastic service. A++

The entire experience was amazing. After experiencing poor service time after time lately it was refreshing to find a company that puts service and quality first. It's -1 degrees outside today (1/31/2019) and the technicians, Drew and Chris, came after a courtesy call (as promised). Drew explained everything in detail first, then promptly got to work. They removed the broken garage door opener and installed the new one in one hour! They removed all debris. Drew even programed my car's remote control for me!

Dave explained what repairs needed to be done, completed them in a timely manner, and showed me the damage on the parts that he replaced. In addition to replacing the broken spring, which was the reason for the service call, he replaced the corroded cables and the rollers which were making noises. Dave was courteous and a great representative for your organization.
