They beat our expectation. Our garage door was hung up and we had a 9 PM to 11 PM appointment. Fortunately, they were able to arrive at 4:30. The garage was fixed in half an hour and working well.

Precision installed our door years ago and did a great job. We recently had a cable break on our door's tension spring so I called to schedule someone to come take care of it. They said someone could be to my house between 7 to 9 PM, which was okay. Mark (The technician) called later in the day and let me know that my appointment could be earlier at 4 PM. When he got there we greeted each other wearing masks. After an inspection, he explained what was needed to fix the problem and how much the bill would be. I left him to do the work and he knocked on the door when he was finished about a half hour later. Mark was very professional and explained how I could minimize having this problem in the future. This was fantastic service. A++

It's -1 degrees outside today (1/31/2019) and the technicians, Drew and Chris, came after a courtesy call (as promised). Drew explained everything in detail first, then promptly got to work. They removed the broken garage door opener and installed the new one in one hour! They removed all debris. Drew even programed my car's remote control for me!

Dave explained what repairs needed to be done, completed them in a timely manner, and showed me the damage on the parts that he replaced. In addition to replacing the broken spring, which was the reason for the service call, he replaced the corroded cables and the rollers which were making noises. I went to close my garage door this afternoon and boom, my door was stuck and after looking at it, found that a cable was broken. I can do most home improvements myself, but when it comes to garage doors, I call the pros. I called Precision and they said a repair technician could come out this evening between 7and 9 PM. Mark Sherman called me at about 7 PM to advise me that he was going to be there about 8 PM. Mark arrived, was able to make an evaluation and quickly came back to give me the estimate. Mark performed the work quickly and efficiently. He made some additional tweaks to more door, also installed a lag screw on my door track at no additional charge. Mark was very pleasant to talk to and I will definitely be calling Precision again for my garage door repairs.
