The best! I didn't think my garage door was fixable, but Mark came out, took one look at the problem, and went to work. The door has never worked so well. Can't say enough about how great this service was. I look forward to working with Mark and Precision again.

Dave explained what repairs needed to be done, completed them in a timely manner, and showed me the damage on the parts that he replaced. In addition to replacing the broken spring, which was the reason for the service call, he replaced the corroded cables and the rollers which were making noises. Dave was courteous and a great representative for your organization.

I went to close my garage door this afternoon and boom, my door was stuck and after looking at it, found that a cable was broken. I can do most home improvements myself, but when it comes to garage doors, I call the pros. I called Precision and they said a repair technician could come out this evening between 7and 9 PM. Mark Sherman called me at about 7 PM to advise me that he was going to be there about 8 PM. Mark arrived, was able to make an evaluation and quickly came back to give me the estimate. Mark performed the work quickly and efficiently. He made some additional tweaks to more door, also installed a lag screw on my door track at no additional charge. Mark was very pleasant to talk to and I will definitely be calling Precision again for my garage door repairs.

Our spring broke and Dave came right out to fix it. What a nice guy! He explained everything and worked quickly and efficiently. Afterwards we needed an adjustment and Dave came out and took care of us again. Very happy with the service. Reasonable prices, quick response and nice techs - what more could you want? Called last night because our overhead garage door spring broke. We were AMAZED they offered to come out to fix it immediately. We made an appointment for this morning and Dave, the tech came out at 8am and replaced the springs and had door full operational within a reasonably short period of time. Highly recommend Precision Door Service.

I AM VERY IMPRESSED WITH THEIR HONESTY. THE SPRNG HAD TO BE RECOILED AND THE BILL WAS ONLY $54. ONE GUY I CALLED BEFORE I CALLED PRECISION WANTED $63 JUST TO LOOK AT IT!! CROOKED CONTRACTORS COULD HAVE TOLD ME I NEEDED A NEW SPRING AND CHARGED ME A LOT. ITS HARD TO FIND HONEST PEOPLE AND I WILL USE THEM WHENEVER I NEED THEM.

We had a dent in the door that was hit by our hired plow man. The garage door made a horrible sound so we called Precision Door to come out to look at it .We have used Precision in the past and have been very satisfied. Mark Sherman came out and replaced the roller that popped out and told us the panel was bent but could be used but not sure how long it would work till it pop's out again. It was about a week so we called again and we met Ron and ordered a new door!! Everyone was so professional ,honest and wonderful to work with. finally Drew installed garage door and opener in a speedy and professional manner . I will give five stars to all!!!!! And the product is awesome too!!!!

I can't say enough about your company. Our new garage door with windows is beautiful. The installer did such a nice job, cleaned up everything after himself. We didn't have to do anything after he left, except admire his work. I have to give him credit, he installed our door in below zero conditions. He insisted on doing it regardless of the weather.
