Called last night because our overhead garage door spring broke. We were AMAZED they offered to come out to fix it immediately. We made an appointment for this morning and Dave, the tech came out at 8am and replaced the springs and had door full operational within a reasonably short period of time. Highly recommend Precision Door Service.

I AM VERY IMPRESSED WITH THEIR HONESTY. THE SPRNG HAD TO BE RECOILED AND THE BILL WAS ONLY $54. ONE GUY I CALLED BEFORE I CALLED PRECISION WANTED $63 JUST TO LOOK AT IT!! CROOKED CONTRACTORS COULD HAVE TOLD ME I NEEDED A NEW SPRING AND CHARGED ME A LOT. ITS HARD TO FIND HONEST PEOPLE AND I WILL USE THEM WHENEVER I NEED THEM.

We had a dent in the door that was hit by our hired plow man. The garage door made a horrible sound so we called Precision Door to come out to look at it .We have used Precision in the past and have been very satisfied. Mark Sherman came out and replaced the roller that popped out and told us the panel was bent but could be used but not sure how long it would work till it pop's out again. It was about a week so we called again and we met Ron and ordered a new door!! Everyone was so professional ,honest and wonderful to work with. finally Drew installed garage door and opener in a speedy and professional manner . I will give five stars to all!!!!! And the product is awesome too!!!!

I can't say enough about your company. Our new garage door with windows is beautiful. The installer did such a nice job, cleaned up everything after himself. We didn't have to do anything after he left, except admire his work. I have to give him credit, he installed our door in below zero conditions. He insisted on doing it regardless of the weather. I found Precision while doing an internet search. Precision is a great company to get your work done with. Ron came out quickly to estimate a replacement door and to also replace the overhead opener. Mark showed up a few days later to do the installation. Mark is very professional, friendly and thorough and completed the job on an extremely hot and humid day. If you get a chance to use this team I recommend that you do.

Mark stopped out for a potential repair, and after a thorough discussion we decided to replace both garage doors - which were 22 years old. Mark was very knowledgeable about the product, and no pressure at all. The day of the installation went very well, and with a challenge on one door regarding the alignment of a already installed garage door opener....no issues at all. Mark tackled the challenge and all is well. Cleanup after the installation exceeded expectations. We are very pleased, and would recommend Precision and Mark...

We chose Precision based on a number of factors, including: --fully insured --online reviews credible and favorable --pricing estimate, obtained by phone, was reasonable --established company On a bitterly cold day in February, Ron showed up right on time. He worked efficiently, quickly identifying what needed to be done (spring replacement). He had other suggestions, but did not push additional products/services. Next time an overhead spring breaks on a garage door, I'll call Precision.
