The owner, Ron was exhausted at the end of a long day and I felt bad for him when he was responded after hours for service on our broken garage door cables. I initially called to price out a new garage door and opener, when my technician Zikret arrived he assessed my door and gave me 4 different options for my door including using my current door and getting new parts for it to run smoothly. He explained everything he would do to correct it. Very pleased with his prompt fix and I am very pleased with the results. You have a new customer now thank you

I found your company in the Yellow Pages, and, after 2 companies who serve only Monroe County, I chose Precision as you were close to Victor and I had remembered seeing your truck in the area. I was pleased with the technician who came and serviced both of my doors, knew what was happening and went right to work to fix the one door and did a general service job on both doors. Both doors worked better than they have in ages. The technician, Sean, was very informative on what needed to be serviced and why. Kudos to Sean for working in the cold.

I’ve used this service before ( 2013) and found them to be efficient, professional and and personable. When a spring broke on my garage door this week, I naturally called Precision once more! The appointment process was smooth and the operator was pleasant to talk to even when I had to change my appointment date. ( I forgot I had a prior commitment). Ron arrived at stated time and was cheerful, professional, helpful and repaired the door in under 30 minutes. My garage was filled with detritus from on going renovation/ tossing out predicament , but Ron cheerfully moved things about in order to access the problem. At completion, he offered to help me replace the items back to the garage - which I though was wonderful ( but not necessary). Cheerful, friendly, professional and efficient. Great service. Called for an emergency and was able to get an appointment for the same day. Emily was courteous and understanding on the phone. Ron was super helpful. They were able to get to the appointment early which was much appreciated. Very professional and informative. Would highly recommend.
