Precision came down the next morning after our request for service at 7:30 pm. Before arriving, the technician, Mark, texted us his photo and a little bit about himself so we would know who to expect (loved this!). He was efficient, friendly and knowledgeable and replaced our door opener promptly. We highly recommend this company!!

The garage door spring broke and we needed it repaired quickly. Ron was out within two hours and repaired it in less than an hour. This was our second time having Precision for a repair and our experience was similar - very prompt, very clear and thorough in explaining what needed to be done, and then an efficient and effective repair at a fair price. They will continue to be our "go to" company for all things related to our garage door.

I am in LOVE! I purchased an AMARR door and Lift master belt drive opener. The service was exemplary from start to finish. Ron came out to look at the project and answered all questions at that time. Mary was always available to answer any further questions I had. Although the site has pictures of door installations, she sent me others that helped with my personal choice of a door. Felix came out to install the new door and opener. He was friendly, reliable, and professional. He took time in putting the door together and considered my opinion in positioning of the "extras". When it came time to put the opener up, he had a little unexpected snafoo in relationship to positioning and the windows. No worries, he was able to make adjustments and all I can say is "Bravo Felix" for a fantastic job!!

Insanely fast service - our cars were stuck in our garage and they originally weren't coming until 5pm... then they called back and had a technician nearby, so he came earlier at noon - and literally had my door fixed within 90 minutes of my original phone-call!! Dave was early. He looked over the situation and gave me options and what the cost was. I/he thought it would be a repair, but when he got to the opener he could see it would require replacement. Dave showed me where the issue was. Preformed the new installation and programmed the unit. Tested it before he left. Good Job.
