We were so impressed with the complete service we have received from Precision. Ron came out same day to provide a quote for two garage doors. His recommendations were perfect for our needs. The office staff respond quickly to questions and the installer were so professional and Polite. I did extensive research on the different garage doors and found that Amare classic 3000 was the quality, style, color and warranty I was looking for. The doors look better than in pictures and better than I expected. The windows lets so much light into the garage that it doesn’t even need lights on during the day. The garage door openers are very quiet. I highly recommend Precision Door Service. My husband and I are beyond satisfied with the quality of this company. Thank you everyone at Precision.

Awesome experience! My garage door spring snapped right in the middle of Covid19 social distancing, and I was worried about getting someone to come out. Precision answered my call early in the morning, and less than 90 minutes later Dave was at my house! He was knowledgeable, helpful, understanding of the need to budget for future improvements, and just a friendly person. He also was careful to maintain distance between us and not touch surfaces due to the pandemic. Could not have asked for a better experience. Thank you!

After another service provider fixed? a broken spring and left the door working but unbalanced and nearly destroyed the opener, I called Precision Door. They arrived on schedule, corrected the door balance, cleaned up opener wiring mangled by the other provider, lubricated the bearings and charged a VERY reasonable fee. If I only had called Precision Door first!!! I am very pleased with this service.

Precision came down the next morning after our request for service at 7:30 pm. Before arriving, the technician, Mark, texted us his photo and a little bit about himself so we would know who to expect (loved this!). The garage door spring broke and we needed it repaired quickly. Ron was out within two hours and repaired it in less than an hour. This was our second time having Precision for a repair and our experience was similar - very prompt, very clear and thorough in explaining what needed to be done, and then an efficient and effective repair at a fair price. They will continue to be our "go to" company for all things related to our garage door.

I am in LOVE! I purchased an AMARR door and Lift master belt drive opener. The service was exemplary from start to finish. Ron came out to look at the project and answered all questions at that time. Mary was always available to answer any further questions I had. Although the site has pictures of door installations, she sent me others that helped with my personal choice of a door. Felix came out to install the new door and opener. He was friendly, reliable, and professional. He took time in putting the door together and considered my opinion in positioning of the "extras". When it came time to put the opener up, he had a little unexpected snafoo in relationship to positioning and the windows. No worries, he was able to make adjustments and all I can say is "Bravo Felix" for a fantastic job!!
