The service was excellent! He called ahead of time to let me know when he would be arriving. Within seconds,he had diagnosed what was wrong with my garage door opener!! Finished up the service with oiling everything and demonstrated that things were working well!!So friendly and courteous. I highly recommend this company!

Insanely fast service - our cars were stuck in our garage and they originally weren't coming until 5pm... then they called back and had a technician nearby, so he came earlier at noon - and literally had my door fixed within 90 minutes of my original phone-call!! Great, friendly and knowledgeable technician, would definitely call for any future replacement or repairs for my garage door! Thanks Mark!

Dave was early. He looked over the situation and gave me options and what the cost was. I/he thought it would be a repair, but when he got to the opener he could see it would require replacement. Dave showed me where the issue was. Preformed the new installation and programmed the unit. Tested it before he left. Good Job.

Definitely put this company on your list for garage door service. I was pleasantly surprised that the owner himself did the spring repair. Ron arrived soon after I placed my call. He explained the situation, was very personable and professional. The charge was fair and reasonable. Excellent customer service all around!

I had a garage door spring brake this morning and I was not sure who to call. I saw your ad in the yellow pages and decided to give you a call. That decision turned out to be the best decision I could have made for garage door repairs. When I called and explained the problem the representative said they would have a technician (Dave) out to my house by 3:00 pm. I must say I was very surprised, I thought I would have to wait several days. Dave explained the problem to me, made several recommendations to me for the repair and we decided on the best fix. He had the work completed and was gone before 5:00 pm on the same day I called. I highly recommend Precision for your garage door needs.

I was very pleased with the service Precision provided. For a few weeks I was having trouble on and off with my garage door not going up all the way. Although the technician (Dave Mackay) did not find anything essentially wrong, he did make an adjustment and lubricated some areas. It is working fine now. I was also glad to have everything checked over for proper functioning. I highly recommend Precision for any garage door issues; they are extremely professional and honest. I would rate them a 5.

Your service was excellent. Our garage door spring broke on a Sunday morning. I called and made an appointment Dave Mackay was excellent, he came early and assessed the entire door operation and gave us choices of what we could do. There was no pressure to do additional work. as I too am in the service business, I can appreciate how we were treated. I would definitely use your company again. 5+ stars.
