I had a garage door spring brake this morning and I was not sure who to call. I saw your ad in the yellow pages and decided to give you a call. That decision turned out to be the best decision I could have made for garage door repairs. When I called and explained the problem the representative said they would have a technician (Dave) out to my house by 3:00 pm. I must say I was very surprised, I thought I would have to wait several days. Dave explained the problem to me, made several recommendations to me for the repair and we decided on the best fix. He had the work completed and was gone before 5:00 pm on the same day I called. I highly recommend Precision for your garage door needs.

The tech, Felix, knew just what he was doing and resolved the problem quickly. He made the added effort of checking the whole system over before leaving. I was very pleased with the service Precision provided. For a few weeks I was having trouble on and off with my garage door not going up all the way. Although the technician (Dave Mackay) did not find anything essentially wrong, he did make an adjustment and lubricated some areas. It is working fine now. I was also glad to have everything checked over for proper functioning. I highly recommend Precision for any garage door issues; they are extremely professional and honest. I would rate them a 5.

Mark Sherman phoned ahead and arrived right on time. He quickly explained the range of options and what the cost/limitations of each option would be. I called and made an appointment Dave Mackay was excellent, he came early and assessed the entire door operation and gave us choices of what we could do. There was no pressure to do additional work. as I too am in the service business, I can appreciate how we were treated. I would definitely use your company again. 5+ stars.

I was in a bad spot. I had just returned from a business trip, and my lawn needed attention immediately. My Garage door had broken when I was gone and would not move. Of course, my mower was inside. Precision came out on a weekend and fixed my door for much less than I expected. The service man was very knowledgeable and I would not hesitate to use them again.

This review is an easy one. I contacted Precision Door for a garage door estimate. Ronnie came to my residence and explained all my options and prices. I told him what I wanted, he then filled out an order form/contract. We shook hands, and he gave me a copy of the contract. After he left, I noticed there was a place for me to sign on the form, as acceptance to the purchase and installation. Ronnie accepted the hand shake as my word, without asking me to sign. I may be "old fashioned", but a hand shake is better than a signature of acceptance or agreement. I trusted him from that point forward. The door was installed while I was out of town on business. When I returned home I found the door, and installation, to be beyond my expectations, along with absolutely no mess left behind to clean up what-so-ever. I would, and will, recommend Precision Door to anyone looking for a new garage door, and or repair of existing doors. The technician, Felix, did a great job! Your technician, Mark, did a wonderful job of solving all of our garage door problems. From the stuck mechanism to replacing the door springs to helping reprogram the keypad and remotes.
