Absolutely outstanding speed of service and exceptionally professional service technician. I called with a broken main spring and both cars locked in the garage at around 1:30 PM, by 6PM repairs were complete and life returned to normal. I highly recommend them for any repairs or other garage door work..

Drew/Precision was great. Actually called and arrived early. The garage door spring broke over the weekend and had service on Monday. We had been looking at replacing the garage door opener with WiFi capability and discussed options and costs and in less than 2 hours, both the spring and opener were replaced.

We had Precision Door Service of Rochester at our home initially for two garage door repairs. And then scheduled another service call for installation of two new garage door openers. Mark Sherman was our technician for the repairs and then we requested him for the installation of the garage door openers. He was very thorough, professional, did an excellent job on both calls, and is a really nice guy.

Called Precision at 4pm, they had the spring (and some associated parts) replaced before the time of the appointment. There was a charge for emergency service, but I'd expect that when you're asking someone to show up after ours. The technician left the parts and provided an explanation of what was broken. Door is working just fine

After assessing the damage after a wind storm and then heavy snow storm I found two damaged garage doors. I contacted Precision and they came the next day. The whole process took just about 2 hours. The tech assessed the damage and provided us a clear written quote. He also told us it would take him just about two hours which it did.The tech was very knowledgeable, his truck was fully equipped and when completed he explained how to operate the new unit. Very happy..5stars

Amidst the March 2017 winter storm that hit out region, our garage door spring broke. I called Precision for repair in the early evening. I inquired about emergency services and they offered me service that evening. Dave A. was great. He prompted me with a call and was extremely friendly upon arrival. He assessed the problem and provided me with options to resolve the issue without any pressure. He did a great job and worked diligently. Within 2 hours from the time I called for service the repair was complete. I was extremely pleased with the service and would highly recommend them! Thank you!!!

Our garage door broke fairly late one evening and the technician from Precision Door Service came out at 9pm -- I was so pleased as the door wouldn't close. The technician was very friendly and answered any questions we asked, explained the work he was going to do and made sure we were happy with that. I'm sorry to say I can't remember his name. we're very, very pleased with the service and will definitely call Precision Door Service in the furure.

A great experience with Precision! Had called other garage door companies and we not impressed with their customer service/salesmen (felt like we were a bother). Ron came out and gave us our options for two new garage doors...reasonable price ($675 a piece vs other quotes of up to $975 for the same door installed). Ron was terrific! Doors were ordered and installed with no problems. Installer was on time, got the job done with no problems and the doors look and work great!
