Making a repair appt was fast & easy - only a couple day wait time, not weeks. I was (as promised) contacted by the tech coming out. He called first to advise he was running a bit behind, and then texted me when he was actually on his way. Thankfully repair was quick & easy. Mark knew what he was talking about, knew what he was doing, and got it done. He gave me an exact price PRIOR to doing any work. Glad we used Precision to install the doors and will keep using them for the service!

These guys are fantastic! First Dave came in the middle of a 2' snow storm and it wasn't even an emergency. He walked me through everything that was broken or need repair and we agreed that a new garage door would be best all around. The installation was scheduled very quickly to my amazement. Marty came too install the new door and did an excellent job. The job was done in only 3 hours and there was no clean up or rubbish to be done. Marty explain everything about the new door and made sure that it ws all working properly before he left. I would highly recommend Precision Door to anyone. Everything was perfect from A to Z and even better than I expected. Call them for repairs or new installation you won't be sorry!

Our’s was an emergency after hour repair. As there was a large backup for emergency calls, the owner came out much earlier and repaired our door very quickly. I was very impressed by the quick response of service. Would recommend Precision to anyone.

Second time (at least) we have used them. Labor rate is very fair, parts prices ok. Both technicians very personable and helpful. On line and phone conversations were great, they did exactly what they said they would, can't ask for more than that.

Ron Kull is amazing !!! He personally repaired our garage doors a few days ago. Arrived exactly on schedule, quickly diagnosed the problems, and estimated the cost (more than fair, in our opinion). Got right on it - like he'd been doing it his whole life - worked quickly and efficiently. Best, he EXPLAINED why things failed, what the repairs accomplished, and showed me a number of strategies and "tricks" for keeping it all in good working order. Our doors now work better than they've worked in 10 years. Can't thank you enough, Ron.

Ron came down on a Saturday to quote on the new garage doors and opener I needed. He was so helpful and informed me about my choices, and how the installation would go. Mary in the office was so helpful on some further information I needed and Eric did an awesome job on the install. These folks are extremely professional and a real pleasure to work with. Oh yeah...their pricing beat the other place I got a quote from significantly. I couldn't give this company a higher review!

This is my first time using Precision Door and it certainly won't be the last. A cable broke on Saturday afternoon with 2 cars in the garage. All the other companies closed at noon. Total time from my call to Precision and Marty fixing the problem was less than 2 hours.

The original install was handled very well. However, the control unit was determined to be defective. The installer handled the problem very well and effectively, the new unit is now performing well.

A great experience with Precision! Had called other garage door companies and we not impressed with their customer service/salesmen (felt like we were a bother). Ron came out and gave us our options for two new garage doors...reasonable price ($675 a piece vs other quotes of up to $975 for the same door installed). Ron was terrific! Doors were ordered and installed with no problems. Installer was on time, got the job done with no problems and the doors look and work great!

Absolutely outstanding speed of service and exceptionally professional service technician. I called with a broken main spring and both cars locked in the garage at around 1:30 PM, by 6PM repairs were complete and life returned to normal. I highly recommend them for any repairs or other garage door work..

Drew/Precision was great. Actually called and arrived early. The garage door spring broke over the weekend and had service on Monday. We had been looking at replacing the garage door opener with WiFi capability and discussed options and costs and in less than 2 hours, both the spring and opener were replaced.
