My house was built over 50 years ago with two Overhead Door garage door openers. They performed very well over the years. I have been very satisfied with the product. Mark did a great job repairing the broken spring today. He deserves a raise.

My house was built in 1964 and contains a 15 foot by 7 foot wooden door. I doubt it has ever been serviced, I have been here for almost 39 yrs. The tracks were useable but the torsion springs, bearings, and rollers were shot. The door was far from being balanced and it would try to drop even if it was three fourths of the way open. Felix was the technician that came to review and fix the opening problems. Within 2.5 hours the door was working smoothly. It now will hold in place even open as low as one panel (1/4) of the way. it was a Sunday morning when the cable on my 24 year old garage door broke. I called Precision and by mid afternoon Mark from Precision had replaced both cables and had my door up and running. Great service all the way around and I would highly recomend them. Will be calling them in the Spring to replace my old door with a new insulated one.

Very pleased with everything from the initial phone call, to the ease in scheduling and the overall efficiency in getting the job done. This is the first time I've used Precision but will call them again for door service. The appointment was convenient and the technician was prompt and efficient. I had called because I noticed frayed cables and the door made some odd noises. He replaced cables, aligned pulleys and lubricated everything.

Glad I called Precision for our new garage door and opener. Couldn't be more pleased with the look of the door and quietness the opener. Felix did a professional job with the installation made sure that he swept the floor and wiped down the outside of the door. Especially appreciated the call prior to his arrival for installation.

I was able to get in touch with someone"live" right away on the weekend. It was a call-center, but they forwarded my message right away. Other companies just had an answering "machine". That was huge to me. We paid more for emergency service, but it was well worth it and we were happy with the follow through. Our tech was great, knowledgeable and got the job done quickly. We really like to communication process when kept us informed that our request was received and service schedule. Then we got another call to let us know exactly when our tech would be there. We will definitely go with Precision for any future garage door needs.

We never used Precision before, but would use them again after today's visit. Our service tech. was Drew and we couldn't be more pleased with the service. He was went out of his way to explain what he was going to do and after completing the job, explained how to maintain our door for the longest life. We have used Precision on multiple occasions and we have always been happy with their service. This time around, the winter weather finally caught up with our old garage and our cable snapped, leaving our door suspended and jammed. Our service was immediate; repairs were made as well as pressure-free recommendations. Their fees are extremely reasonable and everything was back up and running within an hour. We will be coming back to you guys for all our service needs!

A friend referred me to Precision for installing a garage door opener that I had already purchased. I've lived in my home for 20 years and was always told there wasn't enough clearance for an opener. I was determined, so I ordered an opener online that I was sure would work. Dave came out to install it and sure enough he wasn't 100% certain it would fit. Instead of opening the box and assembling it (I would not have been able to return it), he had an opener that would work and the cost was a little less. Dave worked in sub-zero temperature and did a fantastic job installing the opener. He was professional, prompt, and an overall nice guy. I will definitely call Precision again for all my garage door needs.

I was impressed that a repair person could come out within 1 day after I called. The opener is working fine and the repair was less than half the price of a replacement opener. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Precision. This was the second time we used Precision. They replaced our door two years ago and we've received a lot of compliments on it.

Drew came back because door was reversing when closed, after new opener installed. He found 2 problems with the track, adjusted them. and door now works well. In addition to his competence he works quickly and cheerfully. A pleasure to get such service.
