I had a spring on the garage door brake on Friday and Precision was willing to make the repair on Sunday to mitigate the inconvenience of the door not working properly. Ron called before coming to make sure I was ready for the repair, very considerate. Ron explained all the options available from just repairing the spring to replacing the entire door. Ron did not pressure me in any way to purchase anything I did not feel I needed. The repair was made quickly and professionally. The cost was fair and reasonable. I would highly recommend Precision for any of your garage door needs.

I had an inspection done and a key lock installed so that I can open my garage door in the event of an electrical outage. Mark was very patient with all my questions and he took the time to explain what is done during an inspection and what I need to do to keep my garage door working properly.

Felix was great! Friendly, knowledgeable, thorough, timely, and offered information about my new system and answered questions. I appreciated Felix giving me the option to purchase new plastic wheels as an upgrade. Well worth the extra $100. He had them available and put them in that day, but also said he could come back at no charge and install them later, giving me the opportunity to consider it without pressure. I am very glad I made that choice, as the wheels are quieter and the door slides on the track more easily than with my 20 year-old metal wheels. The new keypad is terrific, and I received two remotes. The office was easy to work with and accessible. Would recommend Precision to everyone! Karen

Ron came to our rescue when my Mother-in-laws garage door didn't work and fix it quickly and reasonably. We were able to get the house sold and move on. When our garage door, springs and cables broke we knew Precision was the one we wanted. Again Ron and associate came to ours rescue and had us up and running in no time. Purchased a garage door tune up through Angie's List. As one of Angie's Lists top rated businesses, in combination with the price for the service, I couldn't resist the deal. I was pleasantly surprised that the appointment was made very quickly, the technician called before he started out, and the service was performed without a hitch. The technician was courteous, friendly and professional. The job he did was excellent and we no longer have a squeaky, noisy garage door. I would call this company for any future trouble with our garage door.

Garage Door torsion spring broke on Friday at 5pm. Felix was out at 8AM the next morning! Felix wasn't happy after installing the new spring. It seemed to work to me and he could have left it but went the extra step and installed a heavier spring. He lubed everything and now the door works the best it ever has! Great job Felix!

We picked Precision Door because our garage door failed on a Sunday. A repairman arrived within 1 1/2 hours of our call. He explained in detail, the problem with the door and the cost of repairs. Precision was called to repair a potentially dangerous situation on our garage door. The support bracket had failed and the spring was loose but under some tension. Precision sent over a repair man on New Years day. He responded on time and carefully explained to me what he was going to do and how long it would take to repair. At the completion of the job I was very satisfied with the quality and professionalism of the repair man. This just solidified the reason why I contact Precision for all my repair needs. We had a great experience with precision, especially our tech Mark. The door had several things broken and it ended up being a bit more then we thought. Mark was awesome at showing me what needed to be repaired. His work was very good and he was great. I would recommend precision and Mark to anyone that needs a repair or complete overhaul.
