Purchased a garage door tune up through Angie's List. As one of Angie's Lists top rated businesses, in combination with the price for the service, I couldn't resist the deal. I was pleasantly surprised that the appointment was made very quickly, the technician called before he started out, and the service was performed without a hitch. The technician was courteous, friendly and professional. The job he did was excellent and we no longer have a squeaky, noisy garage door. I would call this company for any future trouble with our garage door.

I recently had a garage door opener installed for my mother. Originally we were looking to fix her twenty+ year old opener, but after consulting with the technician decided to replace it. Garage Door torsion spring broke on Friday at 5pm. Felix was out at 8AM the next morning! Felix wasn't happy after installing the new spring. It seemed to work to me and he could have left it but went the extra step and installed a heavier spring. He lubed everything and now the door works the best it ever has! Great job Felix!

We picked Precision Door because our garage door failed on a Sunday. A repairman arrived within 1 1/2 hours of our call. He explained in detail, the problem with the door and the cost of repairs. Precision was called to repair a potentially dangerous situation on our garage door. The support bracket had failed and the spring was loose but under some tension. Precision sent over a repair man on New Years day. He responded on time and carefully explained to me what he was going to do and how long it would take to repair. At the completion of the job I was very satisfied with the quality and professionalism of the repair man. This just solidified the reason why I contact Precision for all my repair needs. They have been my supplier for many years and the company that I will continue to call in the future.
