I highly recommend Precision. I never had to have my garage door repaired and didn't really know who to call. My garage door spring and cables broke on a weekend with my car stuck in the garage. I was sure I wouldn't be able to find anyone to come out and fix before Monday morning. I did an internet search and came across Precision who is a local company and has 24/7 answering service as well as weekend service. I was impressed that someone did answer my call on a Saturday evening and that there would be someone available to come out and fix my door. Ronnie was very professional, courteous, and patiently explained my options. He had my garage door fixed very quickly!

Mark was very helpful, with lots of good information; he did an excellent installation job. Two minor quibbles: (i) what I told on the phone didn't match the price initially charged due to the addition of a service charge (Mark corrected this immediately when I complained) and (ii) the opener, which is very nice and quiet, has the new MyQ Security 2.0 rolling code system and it does not work with the Homelink receiver in my 20121 car. This was rather annoying to learn after the fact. The incompatibility is not Precision's fault but it seems to me that I should have been informed of the possibility that there could be a compatibility issue before installation, as such problems are known. Homelink is sending a repeater kit to help me solve this problem (for the cost of shipping only). But dealers should press Liftmaster to include this kit with their units (or provide them free to dealers to include as a free add-on for customers that need it) for the next several years.

Purchased new garage doors and new belt drive door opener. Doors are beautiful and I can't believe how quiet the opener is, I almost can't hear it working! Mark did a great job, stayed very professional and pleasant despite working in heat that was probably over 90 degrees. He was very concerned to do a quality installation, which I appreciate. I chose Precision because of all the great reviews, and their website let me "see" my choices and put together a look I knew would be perfect. I would recommend them, and have already done so to friends.

Excellent customer service starting with the estimate of services to be performed. We discussed all options such as repair or replacing with brand new materials. Sales pitch was not "pushy". I had a spring on the garage door brake on Friday and Precision was willing to make the repair on Sunday to mitigate the inconvenience of the door not working properly. Ron called before coming to make sure I was ready for the repair, very considerate. Ron explained all the options available from just repairing the spring to replacing the entire door. Ron did not pressure me in any way to purchase anything I did not feel I needed. The repair was made quickly and professionally. The cost was fair and reasonable. I would highly recommend Precision for any of your garage door needs.

Felix was great! Friendly, knowledgeable, thorough, timely, and offered information about my new system and answered questions. I appreciated Felix giving me the option to purchase new plastic wheels as an upgrade. Well worth the extra $100. He had them available and put them in that day, but also said he could come back at no charge and install them later, giving me the opportunity to consider it without pressure. I am very glad I made that choice, as the wheels are quieter and the door slides on the track more easily than with my 20 year-old metal wheels. The new keypad is terrific, and I received two remotes. The office was easy to work with and accessible. Would recommend Precision to everyone! Karen

Purchased a garage door tune up through Angie's List. As one of Angie's Lists top rated businesses, in combination with the price for the service, I couldn't resist the deal. I was pleasantly surprised that the appointment was made very quickly, the technician called before he started out, and the service was performed without a hitch. Garage Door torsion spring broke on Friday at 5pm. Felix was out at 8AM the next morning! Felix wasn't happy after installing the new spring. It seemed to work to me and he could have left it but went the extra step and installed a heavier spring. He lubed everything and now the door works the best it ever has! Great job Felix!
