I was able to get in touch with someone"live" right away on the weekend. It was a call-center, but they forwarded my message right away. Other companies just had an answering "machine". That was huge to me. We paid more for emergency service, but it was well worth it and we were happy with the follow through. Our tech was great, knowledgeable and got the job done quickly. We really like to communication process when kept us informed that our request was received and service schedule. Then we got another call to let us know exactly when our tech would be there. We will definitely go with Precision for any future garage door needs.

We never used Precision before, but would use them again after today's visit. Our service tech. was Drew and we couldn't be more pleased with the service. He was went out of his way to explain what he was going to do and after completing the job, explained how to maintain our door for the longest life. We have used Precision on multiple occasions and we have always been happy with their service. This time around, the winter weather finally caught up with our old garage and our cable snapped, leaving our door suspended and jammed. Our service was immediate; repairs were made as well as pressure-free recommendations. Their fees are extremely reasonable and everything was back up and running within an hour. A friend referred me to Precision for installing a garage door opener that I had already purchased. I've lived in my home for 20 years and was always told there wasn't enough clearance for an opener. I was determined, so I ordered an opener online that I was sure would work. Dave came out to install it and sure enough he wasn't 100% certain it would fit. Instead of opening the box and assembling it (I would not have been able to return it), he had an opener that would work and the cost was a little less. Dave worked in sub-zero temperature and did a fantastic job installing the opener. He was professional, prompt, and an overall nice guy. I will definitely call Precision again for all my garage door needs.

I was impressed that a repair person could come out within 1 day after I called. The opener is working fine and the repair was less than half the price of a replacement opener. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Precision. This was the second time we used Precision. They replaced our door two years ago and we've received a lot of compliments on it.

Dave was my technician. Liked they had pictures on web site & appointment confirmation so I knew who was coming. Timeframe was between 1 and 3, he called at 12:50 said he would be there in about 20 minutes and he was. All I knew was that my door wouldn't go up more than 6 inches. Dave quickly diagnosed a broken spring also my rollers were corroding. He gave me the option of having the springs replaced - which would get the door working or I could also have the rollers replaced. He gave me the price for both options. He also told me the potential impact on my garage door opener. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I chose the springs & rollers and he was done within an hour. Door works great - I'm a very satisfied customer.

We called on the coldest day of the year for same day service. Tech arrived on time (called ahead), fixed our door quickly, explained everything and gave us great information.
