Dave was my technician. Liked they had pictures on web site & appointment confirmation so I knew who was coming. Timeframe was between 1 and 3, he called at 12:50 said he would be there in about 20 minutes and he was. All I knew was that my door wouldn't go up more than 6 inches. Dave quickly diagnosed a broken spring also my rollers were corroding. He gave me the option of having the springs replaced - which would get the door working or I could also have the rollers replaced. He gave me the price for both options. He also told me the potential impact on my garage door opener. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I chose the springs & rollers and he was done within an hour. Door works great - I'm a very satisfied customer.

We called on the coldest day of the year for same day service. Tech arrived on time (called ahead), fixed our door quickly, explained everything and gave us great information. Our door has never worked so quietly! We will definitely use Precision again for any repairs and for our new door/opener when needed. Highly recommend them!

I highly recommend Precision. I never had to have my garage door repaired and didn't really know who to call. My garage door spring and cables broke on a weekend with my car stuck in the garage. I was sure I wouldn't be able to find anyone to come out and fix before Monday morning. I did an internet search and came across Precision who is a local company and has 24/7 answering service as well as weekend service. I was impressed that someone did answer my call on a Saturday evening and that there would be someone available to come out and fix my door. Ronnie was very professional, courteous, and patiently explained my options. He had my garage door fixed very quickly!

Mark was very helpful, with lots of good information; he did an excellent installation job. Two minor quibbles: (i) what I told on the phone didn't match the price initially charged due to the addition of a service charge (Mark corrected this immediately when I complained) and (ii) the opener, which is very nice and quiet, has the new MyQ Security 2.0 rolling code system and it does not work with the Homelink receiver in my 20121 car. This was rather annoying to learn after the fact. The incompatibility is not Precision's fault but it seems to me that I should have been informed of the possibility that there could be a compatibility issue before installation, as such problems are known. Homelink is sending a repeater kit to help me solve this problem (for the cost of shipping only). But dealers should press Liftmaster to include this kit with their units (or provide them free to dealers to include as a free add-on for customers that need it) for the next several years.

Purchased new garage doors and new belt drive door opener. Doors are beautiful and I can't believe how quiet the opener is, I almost can't hear it working! Mark did a great job, stayed very professional and pleasant despite working in heat that was probably over 90 degrees. He was very concerned to do a quality installation, which I appreciate. I chose Precision because of all the great reviews, and their website let me "see" my choices and put together a look I knew would be perfect. I would recommend them, and have already done so to friends.

Excellent customer service starting with the estimate of services to be performed. We discussed all options such as repair or replacing with brand new materials. Sales pitch was not "pushy". I was given options and honest advice from Ronnie. Mark Sherman was phenomenal. I could not have asked for a better technician. He was very knowledgeable of the products. I was impressed that a repair person could come out within 1 day after I called. The opener is working fine and the repair was less than half the price of a replacement opener. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Precision. This was the second time we used Precision. They replaced our door two years ago and we've received a lot of compliments on it.
