Ron called to say he would be arriving earlier than expected which was great. He assessed my garage door and door opener situation, and gave me options to fixing/replacing them. He was very professional in all the steps that followed: repairing my older door and replacing the opener with a much updated model. He gave me the approximate time of completing all of the work and was well within those limits. I am so pleased with my finished products (door and opener). The door opens so quietly compared to my older one. I am extremely happy with Ron and Precision Door. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone and also will call them with any similar issues in the future.

I had my garage doors replace by Precision and would highly recommend them. I liked how I could set up an appointment via chat, as I hate making phone calls. The service for getting a new opener installed was great. Options were clearly laid out for us. Our professional was able to identify a not-so-obvious issue with the door itself as well. He then provided a quick fix on that element to allow us a little time in researching/making a decision on that aspect. I called because one of my springs snapped. They came out the next day and fixed the problem. I asked them to do preventative maintenance on my garage doors--I installed them in 1984. The price was reasonable. The service man was so helpful and courteous. He was quick, too. Overall, my experience with Precision gives them a top of the heap rating. I would certainly recommend them.

The tec.that installed my garage door opener was a delight. He was very knowledgeable and shared his knowledge with me.He explained the advantages of different openers they provided and helped me make my decision. He called to confirm the time (most company's call at the last minute and change the time) and showed up as scheduled.
