I was amazed that you were able to come out to my home the same day I called and it was on the weekend. I had a very old Craftsman opener that was malfunctioning. I originally called to have this opener and the door adjusted. Felix was very patient by explaining all my options, both in repairing the existing opener and the cost of a new one. I elected to go with a new opener, but never felt pressured by Felix to do so. Felix is an asset to your company. He explained what he was doing every step of the way and seemed to truly enjoy his work. Felix even programmed the factory installed opener I have in my car. I know the value of the opener he installed as I had done my research and had considered doing it myself. But his expertise was worth far more to me than the aggravation I would have incurred and, I could have never adjusted the spring safely or installed the braided cables on the sides, which was the original cause of the malfunction. Lastly, I was floored when Felix told me he had been with your company only about one year. Felix seems far more experienced than that. I would give him a hefty raise in pay! (No, I'm not a relative). Thanks to you, but mostly to Felix. Because of Felix I would hire you again and would refer my friends to your company.

The technician from Precision Garage Doors did an excellent job to replace a broken spring on the garage door in an emergency situation at 11pm. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and accomplished the job in a quality manner. Precision was recommended by my neighbor and they did not let me down. Prompt, knowledgeable, very good service experience. Had called a competitor at approximately 7:30 A.M. and went directly into voice mail. The technician who showed up did so on time, and was very professional. He explained up front what the problems were with the door assembly (10.5 years old), and what items would need to be replaced and at what cost. Only upon getting our agreement, and explaining the warranty policy, did he proceed. He found another broken item later, and said he would need to fix that, and we told him to go ahead. He was done in about 45 minutes. He explained at the end what he fixed, and told us that it should work for 8-10 more years without problems. He also outlined what might break in the next year or two. He informed us that those items were working fine now, and did not need to be replaced right away. Both my wife and I really liked his professional approach.

I was in a hurry so I started to back out of the garage without noticing that the garage door was not all the way up. BANG! I hit the door and knocked it out of the tracks on one side. It wouldn't move up or down, it was stuck! Luckily I was able to pull out, but my door stayed wide open. This was about 2:00 in the afternoon. I called Precision, made an appointment and by 6:30 that same evening, my door was back to normal - good as new. Ron was super fast and very nice. As he said, my husband would have never known anything had happened (wish I hadn't said anything!) Great service, timely and reasonably priced. Thanks!
