Ron and his team at Precision Door are quick to respond, fairly priced and all round a great company. As a real estate agent I appreciate contractors that work hard for their customers. I highly recommend their services and have to many friends, family and clients. After a major storm came through our area we had a slight issue with the new opener they installed. Came out within 24 hours of our call and addressed the issue, which ended being a simple solution, no fault of the device or their install.

My garage door opener issues turned out to be minor, thankfully. Phil Mormon worked quickly - finding a problem with the sights not working properly, testing all my controls (even extending the reach of one and remounting it), changing the light bulbs, and completing a full inspection, all in about a half hour, and for the same fair amount the scheduler announced and Phil confirmed before starting the job. I will definitely recommend your company should the opportunity arise.

This was my second time using Precision.. The service I received years ago was excellent so they were my first and only choice this time. Our service technician Mark was skilled, personable, professional and able to recommend based on my repair questions. In these days It’s not always common to be pleased with customer service and performance reliability, but Precision has done that for us and I will use them again and often recommend them.

After calling and scheduling a with a different company that never showed up, I called Precision to have our broken garage door spring repaired. I was able to schedule for the following day. Fifteen minutes after scheduling, I received a call from the owner, Ron, that he had a cancellation and could be over shortly. Ron was friendly and professional and had our repair done in about 40 minutes! I am so thankful for the quick and excellent service! I wish I had called Precision first. We will only call Precision for our garage door needs moving forward and will highly recommend the company to others.

Busted garage door spring. Google search. Hope for the best. In this case - very happy how things turned out. Service tech was the owner of the company - out grinding away on a Saturday afternoon. That should be all you need to know about this company. Talked to me about the repair, made it happen in a flash, didn’t try and sell me new expensive doors - and he was gone. Arrived on time, did the job quickly, politely and safely. Covid protocol was in use and explained prior to starting. Verbal estimate for new doors was given with no hard sale pitch. I would certainly have this crew back if needed.

Technician arrived promptly and received quote shortly after our appointment which was nice but that’s about the only positive things I can say. I was asked how much I wanted to spend at the beginning of our visit which I did not like at all. He said he didn’t want to give me quotes on doors that I didn’t want ($$$) . I was also asked questions I didn’t know answers to like “ do you want an insulated or non insulated door ?” Never explaining the difference when he clearly knew I didn’t know which . He seemed annoyed when I didn’t know what I wanted . Maybe these things could be explained when scheduling the estimate. The technician made me feel like he was annoyed and I was wasting his time . I even had the furnace installers all day and they walked by and overheard our conversation and when the AC guys left at the end of the day they asked about garage door and I expressed how I felt and they said they picked right up on his tone/attitude with me. I will not be using this company because I am sure there is another company out there that cares about customers and how to talk with them . I never even looked at the prices because it didn’t matter at this point .

After contacting another company and waiting 6-hours for a call back, which never came, I called Precision. They scheduled an appointment and Senaid was here within 2 hours! He replaced both springs and had my garage door opening, again, in 45 minutes! Very nice guy who really knew his stuff. Wish I would have called Precision in the first place! I’m going to call and have them back to replace my garage door opener, which is old and noisy, and my garage door... which is original to my 1972 built home! From start to finish, extremely friendly and professional service. Great find... I highly recommend!

Your Tech arrived well before expected. He looked at the problem (broken spring) assessed the repairs needed and gave me an estimate right away. I approved the cost and he had my door fixed and operating better than ever in no time. The price was very reasonable and the entire process was completed within about an hour from when I called. Outstanding service!!
