I called mid morning and by the afternoon a repair person was at work. Mine was a minor repair but I also had a periodic issue with the sun interfering with the operation of my opener. While I didn't mention that issue on the initial request, when the repair person came I asked if something could be done. Now it's ALL fixed! Excellent customer service!!

So far I am impressed with the speed in which my problem was addressed; an issue with the electronic light beams if that's what they're called. I believe the technician's name was Mike and he was both educational and respectful. I would definitely call again if there is a problem.

Precision installed both openers so they were the logical ones to call for repair. Serviceman was polite, friendly and thorough and told me that it could be the board that needed replacement but he would reprogram the remotes first to see if that was the case before going to a more expensive solution. That made sense to me. irate service a 5 star

I simply made a call, and a live person answered the phone (as simple as this is, I have found only a few companies actually do this), the person scheduled an appointment, and Mark arrived on time to fix the garage door. Fast, efficient service. This is the second time Dave has visited our house. The first time, he repaired the door when I had been told I should "just replace it". He assured me it had many years of service left. This visit was for a failing opener. He arrived early, replaced the opener in about an hour with one that ran much smoother. I'll definitely be calling Precision again next time I need service.

Chose Precision because of their reputation. Dave Ackley inspected the door and was honest and not pushy which was appreciated. Will have door repaired by Dave when it is needed.
