I called mid morning and by the afternoon a repair person was at work. Mine was a minor repair but I also had a periodic issue with the sun interfering with the operation of my opener. While I didn't mention that issue on the initial request, when the repair person came I asked if something could be done. Now it's ALL fixed! Excellent customer service!!

Precision installed both openers so they were the logical ones to call for repair. Serviceman was polite, friendly and thorough and told me that it could be the board that needed replacement but he would reprogram the remotes first to see if that was the case before going to a more expensive solution. That made sense to me. irate service a 5 star

Fast, efficient service. This is the second time Dave has visited our house. The first time, he repaired the door when I had been told I should "just replace it". He assured me it had many years of service left. This visit was for a failing opener. He arrived early, replaced the opener in about an hour with one that ran much smoother. Today ( 6/1/2018 ) Felix Coriano replaced our old garage door with a new one. He was very pleasant and did the job alone. It was obvious that he is a well trained technician. Star Rating: 5 P.S. he said when he arrived that he thought that he would be finished around noon. At 12:05 PM he was done and pulling out of our driveway.
