Felix was dispatched to our home on the evening of 9/11/17 for replacement of our torsion spring that had broken just that morning! He showed up on time and was most kind and respectful during his repair visit. I hung out with him the entire time....asking many questions about what he was doing. Not once did he seem annoyed or distracted from his job. I am very impressed with Precision Door...from my initial contact with Mary who answered the phone to the prompt emergency repair visit that same night! I would recommend Precision to ANYONE looking for kind professional garage door work! BRAVO Precision Door!!!

Good service for a reasonable price...even after hours. Thank You!! Felix was awesome! Polite, friendly and efficient. He explained my options clearly and thoroughly allowing me to make an informed decision on how to proceed. He replaced the cables, lubricated parts that needed it, and the door performs better then when I moved here 5 years ago. I would highly recommend Precision to everyone. ps... Give him a raise!!!

Our garage door spring broke, I checked the websites of a few places and liked the practical approach of precision, and the customer reviews. They came the same day I called, Ron was great, was direct about what was broke, how they could fix it and what it would cost. He offered me two paths, one to replace only the spring, the other to replace the spring and the rollers. Based on his advice I chose to add the new rollers, the doors now work better than ever, fixed same day, for the price he quoted. Great work, thank you!

This is the second time I have used this service and their name says it all. The first time I had Ron the owner appear at my house and do the service. You can tell a lot by working with the owner of a business and he was great. This time I had Dave Ackley who arrived on time and offered some suggestions as well as giving me the estimate in advance. Drew came out to my house yesterday to fix a broken spring on my garage door. After looking at the door, he explained that while the spring was broken, replacing the springs would not fix the actual problem which was a cracked door panel. Drew created an estimate on what was needed to be done to fix the problem, explained the process and pricing, and even told me to shop around if I wanted. He was confident that the pricing and services offered by Precision would not be beat. I greatly appreciate Drew being thorough and upfront. Many businesses would have you pay for the repair today, and the total replacement later. We plan to schedule our door replacement with Precision in the next few weeks.
