Mark Sherman was our tech and did a through job repairing our garage door. He exp!aimed well that a cable had broken apart and he replaced it. He also discussed need to app!y lubrication to hinges to keep them operating efficiently. He applied lubricant to all areas for us. He called ahead and was able to provide service earlier than scheduled. We were very happy with his work. Thank you Mark.

Ron called me to let me know that he was on his way to my house and would be there in about 20 minutes. He actually arrived 5 minutes early. I explained the problem and he went right to work. He said that he'd let me know when he'd solved the problem. Approximately 20 minutes later he explained the problem with my garage door opener and showed me what he'd done to correct the problem. He let me know that my opener was 20 years old so he left me information on a new garage opener. He explained that everything was fine but if I had problems in the future I might consider getting a new opener. HE WAS GREAT!

We had a new garage door opener installed by Mark Sherman and his associate on !/2/2018. He talked with our warranty company to explain that our current unit was not repairable and needed to be replaced. We got the OK to proceed and they promptly completed the job. Felix was dispatched to our home on the evening of 9/11/17 for replacement of our torsion spring that had broken just that morning! He showed up on time and was most kind and respectful during his repair visit. I hung out with him the entire time....asking many questions about what he was doing. Not once did he seem annoyed or distracted from his job.
