We had used Precision Garage door service a few years ago and were very satisfied with their service. Therefore when we had problem with garage door this time I immediately called Precision. The technician arrived right on appointed time. He immediately noticed the broken spring. Did 25 point Safety check. Replaced the spring, worn out bearings. Completed the job with in an hour. Now the door works as good as new.

Ron came earlier than expected, after calling first, which was nice. Saw immediately that door was out of whack and made good suggestions. New door opener, key pad,etc were installed quickly. My dealings with your firm over the past several years have been very positive, including repairs and, most recently, replacement of the door and the opener. The technician this last time, Mark Sherman, was very prompt, considerate and always concerned that the job be done properly and entirely to my satisfaction, which it certainly was. He spent extra time on a lingering problem, which I appreciated. I now get to enjoy the sound--or, I should say, the LACK of sound--of the garage door opening and closing smoothly. We needed emergency repair done on our garage door after the spring broke. I called Precision even though it was after hours, and within an hour Ron was at my front door. After quickly assessing the situation, Ron gave me a thorough explanation of what was needed, what was recommended, versus what was not yet necessary to be done, along with the cost estimates. The work was done well and quickly and since then the garage door has been functioning smoother and quieter than I ever remember. Next time I need garage door service, Ron at Precision will be my first call again.
