Ron Kull is an outstanding professional! He was at our house less than 12 hours from when we called on a Sunday night. He diagnosed the problem and installed new springs in just over a half hour. Quick, reasonable and reliable service is hard to find these days, we refer Ron and his company to everyone we know!!!

We had a main spring go on our garage door. We called Precision and asked for Dave (he took care of my parents place as well). Dave showed up, made a quick assessment, gave us a few options, wrote up an estimate and completed the repair in very timely fashion. So impressed with Precision Door and their work people. Mark arrived earlier then I expected but called first - I was pleased not to have to wait till afternoon. Introduced himself, told me what he would be doing and the cost and made a couple of recommendations but didn't try to sell me anything. He showed me how to keep the springs safe on my door and sprayed all the squeaky and rusty spots. It is better now then when I first moved in 15 yrs. ago. A real gentleman and a pleasure to have around. I won't hesitate to call them again. Very fair price also.

Ron originally installed our new garage door about 5 years ago. We were very happy with Precision then. July 3rd around 7PM we were sitting in the backyard enjoying the evening when we heard a thud come from the garage. Upon inspection, we found one side of the garage door was off the ground and the other side touching the ground. Unable to make it open, we called the 24 hour emergency line. Our car was stuck in the garage. We were told that someone would be out between 8AM and 10AM on July 4th. At 8:10 Ron arrived, I could literally hear him singing as he walked up to the house. Ron reported that the cables were were rusted and busted and needed to be replaced. The work was done in less than 20 minutes. He stopped to chat and asked for our email, we assumed that he would send us the bill. He stated that he was giving us a holiday discount, and we thought he was joking, expecting to get hit with an extra charge. When the bill arrived it was discounted by 100%!!! Now there's a guy who knows how to take care of his customers!!! Amazed and grateful that we even got service on July 4th and with a "holiday discount" to boot. Ron has earned our loyalty for life.

This service was awesome ! I called on SUNDAY & made an appt. for Monday. ( I was so surprised that an appt. would be made on Sunday .) The technician arrived , EARLY , and explained everything : the sensors had to be cleaned and aligned. He made some suggestions about future care, and even changed a battery in one of the remotes . He was extremely professional. I highly recommend them . 5 stars !

I just had my garage door repaired and the entire experience was great! Felix Coriano was my tech and he was FABULOUS! He called and gave me a 20 minute "heads up" which was very much appreciated. Upon arrival he was super polite and very informative regarding the repair needed. I also appreciate him letting me know what was needed to keep the system running smoothly for years to come. I would highly recommend Precision. Felix was polite and excellent at his job. He was honest telling us he could fix the opener but couldn’t guarantee it and it was only a small amount more to replace the whole thing. We are loving our new key pad and app. ????.
