Mark Sherman was friendly, professional, understanding and solved my problem! He has been here before and also at Landsdowne when my husband was alive - he has the ability to make a client feel that they are very important to Precision and to him. I am so glad that I always know who to call! My neighbor asked about the company and I gave him Mark's card - he is new to town and needs to know who to call when he has a problem. Thank you!

This service was awesome ! I called on SUNDAY & made an appt. for Monday. ( I was so surprised that an appt. would be made on Sunday .) The technician arrived , EARLY , and explained everything : the sensors had to be cleaned and aligned. He made some suggestions about future care, and even changed a battery in one of the remotes . He was extremely professional. I highly recommend them . 5 stars !

I just had my garage door repaired and the entire experience was great! Felix Coriano was my tech and he was FABULOUS! He called and gave me a 20 minute "heads up" which was very much appreciated. Upon arrival he was super polite and very informative regarding the repair needed. I also appreciate him letting me know what was needed to keep the system running smoothly for years to come. I will DEFINITELY be calling Precision for future needs and asking for Felix! Thanks so much for providing a friendly, positive experience Precision Door!!

We called Precision several times to service our old garage doors and were very pleased with the prompt, courteous service we received. Even on weekends! Precision Door Service is FANTASTIC! This is how a traditional business adapts to the modern world by leveraging online tools such as Chat now and taking advantage of introducing the company and its employees on its web page. In the past I automatically called the company that installed my garage doors simply because that is the first number I found on the sticker on my door, however this time my door broke on a Saturday, and my traditional service was not open. Precision made it easy for me to find them with a simple search that showed me consistent 5 star ratings which brought me to their site. From there I used chat and within seconds someone answered, within minutes I had a service call scheduled for later that day, and within seconds form there I received an email confirming the time of my appointment and the name of the service individual, Dave Ackley, who was scheduled to perform the repair. Dave Ackley phoned that he could be at my house a little earlier than estimated which worked out fine. Dave diagnosed the issue, offered me the estimate for the work, and provided me with other options that I might be interested in. The work was performed quickly and for a reasonable price. I highly recommend Precision Door Service and would use again.

Amazing service!!! And FAST!!! We had a beautiful new garage door installed a few years ago by Precision and knew that it was only a matter of time before we needed a new garage door opener. They never tried to push that on us either and said that the one we had was still working fine. Well..... today was the day that it stopped working! I called Precision at 11:15 and the whole thing was installed by 1:00!! Great people!!! Thank you so much!!!

I have called on Precision Doors to fix a few different garage door issues over the last decade. They are always polite, punctual, and good at the job. Most often the service technician has been a great guy named Mark Sherman. besides being very charismatic, he is insightful, capable, and gets the job done right the first time. When we arrived home Sunday afternoon and our garage door wouldn't open, we were sure the spring was broken. We immediately called Precision as we have successfully used Precision to maintain our door for several years. I was pleasantly surprised to find out your service Tech could be here so quickly! (Monday morning) Drew, our technician, was very thorough and made sure I understood what he needed to do and showed me the damaged parts he needed to replace, before doing the job. The tech showed up 40 minutes early which was excellent and freed up our day. He was quick and efficient in assessing the issue. He didn't fabricate a problem in order to make a sale. He was honest and forthcoming in his assessment and actually saved us money by fixing the door. We will need to replace it eventually due to existing problem but we were spared a large expense for now. I would recommend this company without hesitation.

Mark was great. He explained the situation, pointed out more cost effective options (long-term), but also listened and responded to my particular concerns and limited options (short-term). Ultimately he guided me to the best solution for the moment and suggested options for a long-term solution within our local constraints. I saved some money short-term, but more importantly, I'll be back to Precision for the long-term improvement once I have approvals from the Historical district. Awesome service; couldn't ask for anything better.
