Ron originally installed our new garage door about 5 years ago. We were very happy with Precision then. July 3rd around 7PM we were sitting in the backyard enjoying the evening when we heard a thud come from the garage. Upon inspection, we found one side of the garage door was off the ground and the other side touching the ground. Unable to make it open, we called the 24 hour emergency line. Our car was stuck in the garage. We were told that someone would be out between 8AM and 10AM on July 4th. At 8:10 Ron arrived, I could literally hear him singing as he walked up to the house. Ron reported that the cables were were rusted and busted and needed to be replaced. The work was done in less than 20 minutes. He stopped to chat and asked for our email, we assumed that he would send us the bill. He stated that he was giving us a holiday discount, and we thought he was joking, expecting to get hit with an extra charge. When the bill arrived it was discounted by 100%!!! Now there's a guy who knows how to take care of his customers!!! Amazed and grateful that we even got service on July 4th and with a "holiday discount" to boot. Ron has earned our loyalty for life.

This service was awesome ! I called on SUNDAY & made an appt. for Monday. ( I was so surprised that an appt. would be made on Sunday .) The technician arrived , EARLY , and explained everything : the sensors had to be cleaned and aligned. He made some suggestions about future care, and even changed a battery in one of the remotes . He was extremely professional. I highly recommend them . 5 stars !

I just had my garage door repaired and the entire experience was great! Felix Coriano was my tech and he was FABULOUS! He called and gave me a 20 minute "heads up" which was very much appreciated. Upon arrival he was super polite and very informative regarding the repair needed. I also appreciate him letting me know what was needed to keep the system running smoothly for years to come. Precision Door Service is FANTASTIC! This is how a traditional business adapts to the modern world by leveraging online tools such as Chat now and taking advantage of introducing the company and its employees on its web page. In the past I automatically called the company that installed my garage doors simply because that is the first number I found on the sticker on my door, however this time my door broke on a Saturday, and my traditional service was not open. From there I used chat and within seconds someone answered, within minutes I had a service call scheduled for later that day, and within seconds form there I received an email confirming the time of my appointment and the name of the service individual, Dave Ackley, who was scheduled to perform the repair. Dave Ackley phoned that he could be at my house a little earlier than estimated which worked out fine. Dave diagnosed the issue, offered me the estimate for the work, and provided me with other options that I might be interested in. The work was performed quickly and for a reasonable price. I highly recommend Precision Door Service and would use again.

Amazing service!!! And FAST!!! We had a beautiful new garage door installed a few years ago by Precision and knew that it was only a matter of time before we needed a new garage door opener. They never tried to push that on us either and said that the one we had was still working fine. Well..... today was the day that it stopped working! I called Precision at 11:15 and the whole thing was installed by 1:00!! Great people!!! Thank you so much!!!
