The tech showed up 40 minutes early which was excellent and freed up our day. He was quick and efficient in assessing the issue. He didn't fabricate a problem in order to make a sale. He was honest and forthcoming in his assessment and actually saved us money by fixing the door. We will need to replace it eventually due to existing problem but we were spared a large expense for now. I would recommend this company without hesitation.

Mark was great. He explained the situation, pointed out more cost effective options (long-term), but also listened and responded to my particular concerns and limited options (short-term). Ultimately he guided me to the best solution for the moment and suggested options for a long-term solution within our local constraints. I saved some money short-term, but more importantly, I'll be back to Precision for the long-term improvement once I have approvals from the Historical district. Awesome service; couldn't ask for anything better.

Called Precision and they were extremely helpful in setting up the appointment. Technician Mark came out and performed the install and he was great. He was on time, curteous, did a great job on the install and was thorough. Also, explained how the opener worked and helped me connect it to the already existing keypad. Mark also gave me tips on easy maintenance I could perform to increase the life of the opener and door.

My garage door opener failed on a Wednesday. I called Precision that afternoon. The next day Technician Mark came out and repaired it in about a half hour. The price was very fair and Mark was a great technician! Another thing I liked was that I could see a picture of Mark on the Precision website so it was easy to identify him when he arrived. Precision is a great place in every regard!

One of our old garage door extension springs broke, leaving the heavy wooden door stuck in the closed position. I called Precision and they came the next day--a Sunday evening. Mark and I got the door open to get our car out. He said he could replace both springs but recommended replacing the door with a new steel door and safer spring system. There was no pressure to buy and since our existing door was 50 years old, we ordered a new door from Mark during the service call. Since we needed a non-standard 15 foot wide door, Precision did not have the model we wanted (with windows) in stock and had to order it. They scheduled installation 3 weeks out. On the scheduled date, Felix called prior to arrival, took about 4 hours to dismantle and remove the old door and install the new one. We are very pleased with the new door which is much quieter than the old one, while letting in daylight. I am a stickler for customer service and I have to give kudos to this company. The call-takers were efficient and polite. The two technician/installers were very courteous and professional. I found this company on Angie's List and would highly recommend them.

The company that I had used previously for some garage door repairs was unable to respond when I needed emergency service, so I called Precision - and am very glad I did. During the recent ice and snowstorm I was desperate for help with our broken garage door. All three exits to our house were blocked and we could not get out. I spent the entire day Sunday on the phone trying to get help with no luck until I reached Precision. There were some firms that were trying to earn quick cash during this tragedy, another that filled the phone book with ads but was out of town but Precision came to our rescue. Thank you for your honesty and good work! I give them 5 stars.

When we arrived home Sunday afternoon and our garage door wouldn't open, we were sure the spring was broken. We immediately called Precision as we have successfully used Precision to maintain our door for several years. I was pleasantly surprised to find out your service Tech could be here so quickly! (Monday morning) Drew, our technician, was very thorough and made sure I understood what he needed to do and showed me the damaged parts he needed to replace, before doing the job.
