The torsion springs snapped on my garage door. I called Precision Door because of a recommendation from a friend. They got me an appointment in a couple of days. Ron the owner came out to service my door himself. He was on time and completed the job quickly. Ron explained everything to me very thoroughly. Besides being a great technician, Room has a great personality. I will definitely recommend and call them again.

We have many garage door companies to chose from, however, I've been using Precision for many years. I find them to be courteous, competitive, and knowledgeable about all things relating to garage doors. They have a common-sense approach to repairs/replacements which saves me money on a quality product. That's the bottom line, isn't it? Thanks, Ron!

Mark sent a text five minutes before arriving, which was nice, even though he was 40 minutes early. He couldn’t do the weather strip we wanted because of the brand, so he recommended another vendor, and didn’t charge for the estimate. So: good “pre” customer service but I still need to get the work done!
