Found Precision Door through Google. Super easy to make an appt. Multiple reminders before appt and call ahead from technician. Affordable and fixed right on the spot. Mark Sherman was extremely thorough in replacing the springs and got our aged garage door running in no time. He was extremely polite and professional. We would highly recommend him and precision doors to anyone.

I have call numerous times over the years. Precision has always responded the same day for emergencies. I get my garage checked semi-annual with tips to maintain my garage. Easy scheduling with the office (nice and professional). All techs are great, east to talk to and professional. I have had this garage door and opener since 1993, it's time to replace it. I will be calling Precision for my replacement. Thank you for your service.

I called to have a minor repair done, so I made an appointment, and the receptionist told me she’d send a message to the repair folks. Dave called me right away, came the next day, and fixed everything a week and a half earlier than my appointment. I knew it would go well because we bought our door, and later our opener, from Precision, and they’ve always been great! Thanks! We recommend you to everyone!

On the recommendation of a neighbor, we signed up for new garage doors since ours were falling apart. Estimator was prompt; installation was equally prompt and as expected and payment easy. I would recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door Service to anyone needing their service.

Mark and his assistant were totally professional while doing a "complete" garage door installation. We selected Precision due to their previous respond times, and quick repairs over the years, to our old garage door. Can not believe how quiet the new one is !!! We would definitely recommend Precision Garage Door.

Hi Precision, Mr Mark Sherman came prepared with a mask! He called to let me know when he would be arriving. He was very professional & courteous! Only Precision for me.Hoping that day won't come anytime soon. Thanks to my stupidity for growing a small tree that sprouted through the cement partially inside the garage & partially outside it made Mark's job simple.I forgot to ask about the coupon that I couldn't print without a computer.Oh well! Thanks again! Joanne
