Service is great but pricing is ridiculous. Why does one need to pay for a service call when getting a new opener installed? I had a new water heater installed this year and service fee was waived when I purchased the heater. Next time around (hopefully not for many years) I’ll look elsewhere.

I was happy with my entire experience with Precision. I was able to set up an appointment through the chat feature after working hours. It was great that they have Saturday appointments too. Mark called when he was half an hour away which was helpful. Mark was awesome! He was able to explain what needed to be done to ensure safe operation of my garage door. The cables, pulleys and springs were all replaced and Mark installed safety cables on the springs. He was very professional and friendly. The difference in operation from before and after the service is incredible. The door is easier to lift and much quieter. The price quoted was the total at the end and was very reasonable. I would recommend Precision to anyone needing garage door service.
