This was a great experience. The service was great and very quick. I had the cables replaced after they broke. The price was good and the work was excellent. The entire process from customer service to Dave the technician was great. I plan on getting a new door soon and I will definitely be looking to have Precision do the job.

Service is great but pricing is ridiculous. Why does one need to pay for a service call when getting a new opener installed? I had a new water heater installed this year and service fee was waived when I purchased the heater. Next time around (hopefully not for many years) I’ll look elsewhere.
