After calling with what I thought was an instillation issue, the tech came to my house and fixed my door. He was polite and showed me the bracket that was used was in fact correct. Even though I gave him a bunch of grief (and I was wrong) he did a great job of fixing my door, was courteous and friendly, and I appreciated the service. Turns out he was a N.Y. Giants fan, as am I. We will continue to use your company

I was very please with Dave on his knowledge and work that he did to repair our garage door. He was pleasant and very professional. We have had him at our house before for other work and he does a great job and he also checked the warranty on the work that done previously for us to see if anything was covered, which was very nice.

Precision Door was there when I needed them. They were on time, courteous and proficient. They diagnosed the problem, took care of it, and charged an amazingly reasonable. They even threw in a couple of light bulbs for my garage opener for free! I recommend Precision Door very highly!

Excellent service from call to finish. Came out at 9 pm to fix broken door and was professional, efficient, and helpful. Called Precision after contacting another company whose service technician was rude and unwilling to make an after-hours call even though they advertise as such. Precision was excellent and we will be purchasing a new door from them because of the wonderful service we received.

I highly recommend Precision for their professional service. My garage door opener failed. My nephew told me to make one call and that was to Precision, the company that he used for service at his new home in 2017. The service technician, Eric, called in advance, even though I was his first customer of the day. Eric listened as I described the issue of the garage door opener fail and as I have detached garage with no other entry point than the door with no key access, Eric was able to lift the door enough to gain entry to the garage. He assessed the issue, gave me options for replacing the 27 year old opener and completed the work within 1.5 hours. In addition, Eric provided me with an added solution by installing a Key Release, which allows manual access as an override to use when the power is out. In addition, Customer Service - excellent. The Customer Service Rep was able to accommodate my schedule when making the appointment.

OUR TECHNICIAN CALLED AHEAD AND GAVE US HIS ESTIMATED TIME OF ARRIVAL AND HE WAS RIGHT ON TIME! HE EXPLAINED WHAT WAS WRONG WITH THE DOOR, TOLD US HOW MUCH IT WOULD COST AND GOT RIGHT TO WORK. HE WAS FINISHED AND DOING PAPERWORK IN 15 MINUTES. GREAT jOB!!

I would highly recommend Precision Door Service. My service call was scheduled promptly, the technicians were friendly and easy to understand, they were honest in their recommendations, and they did a great job at a reasonable price. After they repaired my garage door opener, they even dusted and shined it up and replaced the light bulb for free!

My garage door is the original with the house…over 60 years old! When a spring broke the other night I ran up to the Home Depot thinking I could buy a new spring and repair it myself. How wrong I was! More complicated than I thought. I called Precision first thing in the morning, they arrived when promised, and made sure everything worked properly before leaving. Very professional, knew exactly what they were doing and a reasonable price. When it’s time for a new garage door, I will be calling Precision.
